Couch bed was broken so had to pull the mattress onto the floor. The mattress was so thin it was better to sleep on the floor. The suite had 2 bathrooms and both toilets barely flushed. Had to hold the handle down the entire time and most times flush more than once. Rooms are in need of a touch up. Ripped carpet, stains, curtains ripped, scratches and chunks missing on the walls, vent covers full of dust. Stove had the burners pulled off and not fully attached and there was burnt food down in it

The hotel in poor repair, the windows are rotten, beds are very comfortable and the beds have a major slant to the center of them. It could be a decent building if they took care of it.

The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, hot water was great, carpet had quite a few stains in the room and hall way, needs a good scrub, lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Overall a good place to stay. I would stay there again!

Location is convenient. However, we had a handicap accessible room which it definitely was not. Thermostat was at least 6' off the floor, the holder for the shower head was broken so it would not hold the shower head at a level for someone with limited mobility. The bed was absolutely horrible as people would roll into the middle and it was very very difficult to get out of bed due to that. Only one end table next to the bed and not particularly spacious for a wheelchair. It was nice to have the refrig and kitchen but that did not outweigh the drawbacks.

Feels like home away from home. We get the 2 bedroom suites every time, so my preteen has her own space and I have my own but also have a shared living space. Definitely worth the cost instead of spending an arm and a leg on two conjoining rooms. The staff I have worked with is welcoming and friendly. Close to everything you need.

Vents were super dirty, found a few dead bugs on the carpet (or I think they were bugs). I pulled the curtains back to see one of the two dead bugs and found a broken balloon and a hook from the curtain, as though they didnt pull the curtains back and vacuum. The mirror in the living area was splattered with something. Finally found a few hairs in my bathroom. Furniture is super worn in the living area. Staff was friendly and super helpful. But they definitely need some help with improvements on rooms and cleaning.

We had a dance competition Saturday all day so we went up Friday night and left Sunday morning so we were in town and had more time to make sure we had plenty of time to get ready for competition and had plenty of time to rest before and after the competition. Really nice hotel with complimentary breakfast and nice spacious rooms with complete kitchen. We need did wish there was more parking and the hot tub jets didn't work that well but other than those little things. It was an amazing hotel only 7 mins from our competition and we had a great time!! The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. One staff member even helped me carry stuff to my car. We loved the hotel and highly recommend and we will stay again if we are in the area!!

This was very inconvenient for me and my family. The first room had sewage backup in the sink and that floor was wet from the pipes bursting, so they moved us to another room that smelled like urine and there was mold in the bathroom. So we had to be moved two times before we could get a halfway decent room.

Every single person on the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like they really wanted my business. I will stay there again. Absolutely no issues. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee.

The front staff didn't greet us just asked my name and then grabbed her phone and walked off. When she came back she said it would be e 5 minutes. When checking in she just made our keys but never told us anything about checkout or the facility.
Our room was large which we appreciated but the bathroom was disgusting. You couldn't flush the toilet. The shower leaked all over and it would flood as you took a shower. The chairs were ripped and other items in the room were very worn. They didn't have products in one of the bathrooms.
The location was fine. All in all though I would not stay here again.

While this is an older property with some minor maintenance issues, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was the highlight of our stay. They were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, galway smelt like urine, room smelt like curry. Room was really dirty and brown mark all over mirror. I had asked for the pull out bed to be made up, it wasn’t and no sheets were in the room. When I asked at reception to get sheet and have it made it they where not happy. When I returned to my room an hour later the sheets were paced on the bed but not made up. Electrics in room were not working and fire alarms missing off roof in bedroom.

I’ve stayed here one other time and loved it! This time was not so great! I stayed for 2 days and the first night there was no power for 3 hours( due to a storm) however that was not the hotels fault. But there were no accommodations for the inconvenience and we were not informed of any thing. I prepaid through hotels.Com but upon check out they tried to charge my card 223.00 for incedentals!!! It was just myself staying so the room was not destroyed in anyway!! Plus no house keeping due to short staff. Very disappointing!
