We loved our stay. Bed was as hard as a rock though. We were so sore both mornings. Breakfast was the usuals but really good. Love the yogurt machine but wished it had some fruit next to it. Coffee was always fresh and good. Room are spacious and clean. We would stay again, I would just bring a foam topper. lol

We liked the price, cleanliness wasn't the best. Carpets were filthy, we had black socks by the end of the night. Kinda gross. Breakfast was OK.

Staff was very cheerful and helpful, especially since I was traveling with my very elderly mother. Only issue was the pool hoists did not work. Very disappointing since it was specifically why we selected this hotel. Manager was right on it though, having the maintenance trying to fix the issue.
Room was nice, not spectacular but perfectly fine. Beds were very soft, good for Mom, but not for me. Very nice quality linens. Breakfast had usual assortment of hot and cold options. There is an awesome c9ffee machine in the lobby… latte was perfect.

Not sure it is smoking smell or other , but as soon as we enter there was mixed smell (smoke etc) , breakfast is not great, and I would prefer another one if we get choice

I was looking for a pet-friendly property to stay with my family and our dog, so I used Expedia's pet-friendly filter when booking. When we arrived at the hotel around 9:00 pm, I entered through the front door with my dog, provided my card, and received our room keys without any issues.
However, about half an hour later, I received a call from the front desk informing me that the property was not dog-friendly and that I would have to leave. They refused to refund my money, claiming it was Expedia's fault.
I tried finding other options in the area, but everything was sold out. Ultimately, they allowed me to stay only after I signed multiple forms stating that I would be fully responsible for any damage my dog might cause.
This experience was extremely frustrating, especially since I had to deal with all of this at 10:00 pm with a newborn baby and a dog when it was well past her sleep time. I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling with pets.

Overall, we had a quick stay for a graduation. Our room was right above the lobby/breakfast area on the 2nd floor. It was extremely loud in the morning. The pool (either needed more chlorine or was dirty considering it hurt and stung your eyes). A very strong smell in the pool and hot tub.

Told I would receive a credit on bill for tv not working. Maintenance did not come to my room to fix tv. Shampoo bottles made of stiff plastic and could not squeeze shampoo bottle. Refrigerator not cold when I put items in for 4 hours. Temperature on refrigerator turned down and discovered that 4 hours later. Room next to a business road with loud muffler cars late at night.
