They directed us to the back entrance which was closer to the back elevator. The entry glass was filthy and there were signs seemingly everywhere to lock your car. The combination made use wonder if we had made a bad decision. Everything else was great.

Staff were wonderful and coffee was good. Hotel is dated. Chair in hotel room was very stained and number of areas in lobby could be cleaned.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. They offer 3 free drinks and food each night. The breakfast was yummy (gravy and eggs a little bland, but add salt and pepper to make it great). The pool was nice, and the hot tub was incredible. There was a jacuzzi tub in our bathroom and also two sinks, which was nice. The bed was comfy. We will definitely go back.

I stayed here for an overnight on a cross country road trip with my dad and my cats. Drury has a great pet policy so I’d highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets. I paid $25/cat. Unfortunately, one of them found a way under the entertainment center and it was a chore to pull her out but the stay was otherwise very comfortable. My father who says he never sleeps well at hotels said it was the best night’s sleep he’s had in a while.

We have stayed here often enough to know what to expect and are rarely disappointed.
While most everything was great, as usual, we were disappointed that all hot breakfast items were cold. Granted it was 8:15, so late in the serving period, but I'd like to think that, if you're going to serve a "hot" breakfast, ALL guests deserve a hot breakfast.

All was good with the hotel with the exception we told upon check in that the pool area was closed due to renovations/repairs, & that was the main reason I selected this hotel.

Very clean hotel. Wonderful options during happy hour and breakfast. Nice sized room. Unfortunately we were placed next to someone who probably had mental health issues and they attempted to break into our hotel room and kept us awake our last night there by shouting out multiple times from about one in the morning until 4 am when I called the desk and complained. The hotel is nice and hopefully this will be an isolated incident.

Good room, but the breakfast area was filthy (tables, seats), water leaking all over the floor on buffet line, the kitchen itself was very dirty as I had to peek in to let staff know of water pool on buffet floor, and floor and counters were very dirty.

My son and I stayed one night for a football tournament in the area. It was easy to find the place, the staff was friendly , informative and kind. The room was clean. We had breakfast the next morning. It was all very orderly, quiet and pleasant.

Overall is wasn’t bad just the hotel it self could use an update. Elevator extremely slow so we used the stairs to the 3rd floor all the time. The rooms are not very sound proof could hear other guests above us. The shower was hard to regulate the hot and cold. The staff was very friendly and polite, rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and the food was good.

Amazing front staff the rest is ok they went above to make sure i was happy with Druy Springfield Mo before i even called it a night. I will absolutely stay with druy with service like ive always gotten from Druy hotels. I'm difficult to and they are always nice and generally good people

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff kept the food stocked and the area clean even though the hotel was full of guests. The indoor/outdoor pool was clean, refreshing, and invigorating. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were small. Toilet tissue and Kleenex were as rough as sand paper. Those items need updating

The food and drinks are great and definitely add value. Our room, the toilet would gurgle and gurgle and it smelled like sewage. The shower didn't have good water pressure or heat. We didn't want to complain. Because of the holiday, but needless to say, it wasn't ideal. I think this is an older Drury. A little update would do wonders!
