I stay at this property when I go to see shows in Colorado. Very convenient to all of the concert venues close to the airport and close to the main freeway.

The fire alarm went off at 1:00 am. They could not turn it off for 20-30 minutes! Many people left. When they did get the fire alarm turned off, it kept going off 3-4 more times!!
We didn't get any sleep. I don't even think we got an apology!!

First of all, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was great and the main reason for my 4 star rating. I checked in late and may have gotten a tired room because that is what they had left. The air conditioner was very noisy and not effective. The furniture was old and scratched and the desk chair was torn. I would stay again because of location and staff but my room (224) was very tired.

I wish I wouldve gotten the evening front desk womans name that checked me in, she was great. It's not a mew place but decent. It seems clean but what would make ot FEEL cleaner is to remove the carpet throughout the building and that red thing on top of the comforter at the end of the bed, change out the curtains annnnnnd to remove the water stains from the toilet. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay. Wouldve stayed longer if they had availability.

This was such a lovely place! The owners were so nice and welcoming, and they gave me some recommendations about sightseeing and restaurants. Thank you so much! I felt really welcome here! The room was very clean and there ware a lot of coffee pads, which was a big advantage for a coffee adept like me!

I would have had a peaceful stay; however, as soon as I arrived undressed to jump in the shower, someone was given the key to my room by mistake.. they tried to go into the room twice when they realized I was in there and left. I was paranoid the rest of the two nights stay, unfortunately.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, the bed was too hard to sleep on. Breakfast started 15 minutes late and I just wanted some hot water for my instant coffee. Person was rude about serving breakfast late. May not come back to this one.

Check-in person did not put our names on the shuttle list like she said she would and the next morning there was no room for us so we had to pay a private shuttle to get us to the airport so we wouldn’t miss our flight. She also told us she would prepare us some muffins to eat to take with us since we would be missing breakfast, but that didn’t happen either! Definitely will not be staying there again!!

We arrived late and left early so really just came to sleep before an early flight. Room was clean and quiet. The bathroom spotless and towels folded so pretty and I loved the way the shower curtain was draped. Bed was comfy as were the pillows. Nice to have free parking and the coffee maker in the room a bonus. The breakfast was, well just ok. I am not a fussy hotel breakfast eater but the eggs and sausage weren’t very good. Nice to have yogurt, bagel and coffee though. Convenient to airport. Would stay again.

The staff was great, the room was clean, and the location was perfect for food choices and public transportation accessibilty. There is an A line train that goes from the airport all the way into the city, and there is a station vert near the property.
