First room they offered me stunk of cigarettes. Second room had a 1-million-megawatt light outside the window and a refrigerator compressor that every 2 minutes made the sound Rappppaaaappapapaapapaapapppppapppap. I unplugged the one in my room but unfortunately the one in the room above mine was plenty loud enough to hear all night. The clerk was polite, nice and helpful, but this place is a dump. I got 4 hours of interrupted sleep then left while it was still dark outside. Would rather spend the night in my car or even pitch a tent somewhere instead of returning.

I guess I had higher expectations for a Wyndham owned hotel and the price we paid. Not sure why this place has so many good reviews, maybe they cherry-pick? This facility needs some more updating. It looks like they’ve done some updates, but stopped midway. Even in the room we were in, there was a strip of carpet missing and where they patched holes was not professional. We had uncomfortable spring mattresses that I don’t think were queens and were kinda rounded, so hard to stay on. Old doors, shower heads, light fixtures, etc. Musty smell to the room. Woefully inadequate breakfast, with zero protein options. Will not stay here again.

The place could use a new carpet in its room and hallways, particularly the second floor. The room we were initially assigned to smelled like mildew and the carpets, you can tell that it has been there for ages and never replaced. The price I paid is too much. If I was in Dubai, the amount I paid is already an amazingly clean and comfortable 5 star hotel with delicious continental breakfast. My observation across these types of hotel in America is they charge exorbitantly with no standards or quality. I will avoid Super 8 hotels on my next bookings.

The room smelled because of humidity

The front desk lady who checked me in was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never made eye contact or greeted me when I walked up. I simply gave her my name, she threw a piece of paper on the counter for me to sign (never saying a word) and handed me my room key. It was such an awkward and unpleasant experience. The room was mediocre, at best. The shower had terrible water pressure and the only garbage can was located outside the bathroom, near the tv. I wanted a place to sit outside and enjoy the evening, but there were no chairs on the east side (where it was shady). Only an ashtray that smelled horrific. I went to ask the front desk lady if there were any chairs to take outside and she was on the phone and wouldn’t even look over and acknowledge that I was there. I waited about 4 minutes before finally leaving. I definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel.

Everything was fine. We were there only a few days. A very nice Motel.

Staff was great, breakfast was subpar, it is an older place, and landscaping could use some help. Otherwise a great simple place

First off the staff is great. The property needs to fix the rooms, lots of furniture damage on the desks, refrigerators, and extremely tiny coffee makers. The breakfast is far from adequate, it's a waffle maker, coffee, some yogurt, and cereal. It's not terrible but to make it only available from 6am - 9am it's a mad dash and you get a very long wait to get very basic items. It would be better to not offer any food because it's not worth any sort of extra fee they probably roll into the price.

Property is very dated but it was clean and conveniently located for a road trip stop.

The light over the sink and the electrical plug ins by sink did not work. This was reported to desk clerk when we left as we only stayed one night.

The lady at check in was not very friendly at all. The room was ok, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel itself is pretty dated. It was not bad but not great.

Place was clean and staff was friendly but would not stay here again. Stayed on 1st floor and could hear people above walking and showering and the floor creaking so loud that I went to the front desk and complained at 2:30 am. Didn’t stop for another hour, and started again at 5 am. Asked for big discount, we’ll see.

The room was dusty and you can cleary see paw prints in the lamp. To small to be a cat but most definitely a rodent. The breakfast was terrible and all in all not worth the price for the rooms.

checked in 3/30/24. Visiting Rexburg for a procedure at Madison Memorial Hospital. Was put in room 115, right next door to a room labeled "Electrical". Heard a load compressor behind the wall go on and off all night. The fridge in the room was so loud when it kicked on I had to turn it off completley and the coffee maker did not work. Did not sleep at all night before procedure. Definetly was not worth what I paid for it. Room was pretty run down. tub plug plate was screwed together with fender washers? pain peeling from walls? People yelling and fighting in hallway. Police showed up.Envelope in room from housekeeper requesting tip money? Would not tip anyone that asks or expects it. Cleanliness was definetly not deserving of a tip. Will not recommed this hotel and wil not be staying there again. will pay more for a better hotel, even if it is farther away from hospital. I used to work for Super 8 many years ago. What a dissapointment this chain has become. not much better than Motel 6
