Great place to stay in Rexburg. All the front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only item of note is there is no elevator— our grandson is wheelchair bound and had to be carried upstairs. Good to know in advance so you can ask for first floor room.

We were very tired after a 13 hour drive from British Columbia and asked the front desk for a recommendation for a Pizza restaurant.She very kindly offered to order it for us, and let me know when it arrived at the reception desk.
We were very happy that we did not have to go out and look for a restaurant. We are sure to stay at this hotel next time we are passing through Rexburg!!!

My mother and I stayed for 4 nights and would return again. The staff were prompt, professional, and friendly. Breakfast was pretty typical of a hotel. There was an indoor, but also a hot tub, which was nice. The only thing that I felt could have been better was that the cleaning personnel could have cleaned our room better. It seemed each day different things were not refilled. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Fan ran all night. Heard the people moving around on floor above(sounded like cattle). TV kept coming in and out and we called front desk and they said they would be there shortly and never came

The service was excellent. Bella did a fantastic job checking me in and making sure I was good for the evening after a long day of travel. The rooms have very little noise insulation. One of my neighbors had their TV blasting almost the whole night. So much so it was vibrating the bed/pillows. When I tried to find someone to see if they could help me, I couldn't find the front desk person and it was the middle of the night and I had work in the morning so I tried burying my head in a bunch of pillows. The toilet/shower area is super small so not a lot of room to dry off. Everything else was acceptable and the bed was comfortable. It's just has loud rooms for whatever reason.

Nice room. TV was old and the brightness kept fading till it was almost black at times. The door latch was broken so it wouldn't close all the way on it's own, a few times we would come back to find the door open even when it seemed closed. To ensure that it was closed, we had to slam it it closed. The room was nice. The AC, lights and Shower were clean and worked fine. Overall a good stay, just small annoyances.

The hotel was clean and fine. We just wish the pool had longer hours, and that breakfast was better managed. When we got to breakfast at 7:30, most things were gone or out of order, and it was difficult to track down a staff member to assist replenishing items.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable but unfortunately we didn't get much sleep due to kids running through the halls until super late hours which the hotel doesn't control, but the noise wasn't muffled at all. You hear any noise. The kids had fun in the clean pool.
Breakfast was to be 6-9 a.m. but all the food was gone before 8:15 without anymore being made, the pancake maker was broken, and the 4th of July crowd and full rooms were not planned for. We will pick somewhere else next time.
