It need repair,it was pile of wood on the side of thr room did not see it until we took our bags out ,the lock on the bathroom was loose, etc.

This property is the next to the worst place I have stayed. Filthy, smelly hallways. Door facing was propped against the wall, looked like SWAT had been there. Carpet in room was filthy. The property needs either a complete make over or a bulldozer.

The facility is in a run down state. Would not stay there again. The entry doors are broken the lighting is very bad.

The service was very bad. The day manager i don't know his name was very rude. His attitude was very nasty. Alot of the things in the rooms was not working like the refrigerator, tv, toilet etc. The 1st night we got there we had to change rooms 3 times before we got a room that had everything working. When housekeeping comes in your room to clean up they turn the air off that you leave on too keep room cool. Asked the guy for some towels and with a attitude he said i have to wait on housekeeping when im trying to get ready for my mother's funeral and he won't go get any. I had to walk around and find housekeeping. I had several family members to stay at this hotel this pass weekend for the funeral and everyone had a bad experience with the guy. I have stayed there a few times and never experienced this before. I referred my family members to this hotel to get treated like we did. His attitude is so unacceptable. That was 3 nights of hell. I have stayed a plenty of hotels and this is my 1st time i ever had to write a bad report. I think i deserve a gift card or something. But i want be coming back there. My email is [email protected]

The room was hot when we arrived, toilet filthy, and the sink only sprayed one thin stream of water at extreme pressure that made it splash everywhere. The beds weren’t bad. No staff available when we checked out, had to leave key at front desk with note. Did not feel safe.

There was no A/C on in the lobby and all the doors were open. The desk clerk was very nice. when I got to the room the extra lock had been removed. It was a one night stay so I just said we could do that. Ice machine was not working and there was no breakfast. A really ran down property.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in was minimal. Clerk did not speak except to ask my name and state the room #. There was no breakfast as advertised, the laundry was out of order and we chose this site so we could do laundry. The doors were all coming apart. Exterior doors would not open and close without great effort and when we got up at 6 all exterior doors were open, so zero security. We stayed at a super 8 the night before so I know this is not typical of super 8. You should pull your name off this location

Nothing we can say positive. We had to check out in an hour after check in. We lost our money. It was a terrible hotel.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were hot but cooled off after air was turned on. Blankets and sheets had holes in them but appeared clean.

Room was not very clean found other people's stuff inside. was really worn down. The sheets and towels atleast smelled like they where washed in bleach so thats good. They showed pictures of a breakfast but there was nothing but some folgers coffee for paying over 100 bucks I would spend the extra 30 for a nicer place. cool they had 3 full sizes beds on the room but not worth the 126 I paid. Next time ill read more reviews. Also felt mildly sketchy but we thank God were safe the whole night. Eveing staff was nice.

i really think we were the only people here... shows breakfast online but they dont do breakfast, the beds felt like a wood plank, loren was flipping and floppong all night like bad, and i woke up having to pee and cant get anything out

Room was horrible. To start off, walking down the hallway smelt like a Willie Nelson concert. The smell of marijuana was throughout the whole first floor. Once we got into the room, there was exposed wires in the bathroom, the toilet didn't work, repairs on electrical sockets in room near beds were open and stuffed with paper, when I tried plugging something into the wall, the socket sparked. The tv batteries died as soon as I tried turning on the tv. The fridge made noises similar to a truck using its air brakes. There were cigarette burns on our blankets in a non-smoking room. Once we laid in bed, we immediately started itching. The hotel didn't have a continental breakfast as advertised. We ended up leaving earlier than expected just to get away from this place. Also, the hotel receptionist in the morning was rude and seemed to have an attitude. We never got the paperwork showing we checked out. It took them until almost 9 hours after we left to check us out. I wouldn't stay here again if it was my only option, I'd sleep in the car before this place. To be under the wyndham name, im disappointed

Everything was horrible, it wasn’t clean, the carpet was disgusting, there was hair all over the shower and wrapped in every “clean” towels, shower pressure was absolutely horrible, there was 1 pillow in the KING SIZE BED, there were NO trash bags or liners in the ice bucket/ trash can, no phone in room, no iron and website says wifi but you have to request password from manager. We stayed in a business sweet…never again. 0/5 stars.

When we arrived at the hotel I told gentleman at front desk my wife has a service dog. He asked what for, told him it was a cardiac dog. He laughed and said that was not approved by the state of Arkansas. Told him was incorrect, but I would pay as I did t want any trouble.
He preceded to tell me I couldn’t read, and how he knows the law. Really? Act 652 Was passed in Arkansas, in April 2017 and for sure covers a cardiac service dog.
We went back again 4 days later, just to see what would happen. The lady at the desk said the same as the other guy, and again I had to pay extra for my wife’s service dog. So I was charged both times for my wife’s service dog. It’s not about the money at all, it’s all about principle now and scamming your customers out of money. Regardless if it’s 1.00 or 40.00, a scam is a scam. We are filing a complaint with the state and the ADA, better business bureau and who ever else can help stop this type of scam. No excuse for this.
This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention the rooms are old and in need of repair and serious updates. Stay here at your own risk!

We were in Room 105. It had three double beds, which is what we needed for six people. The room was in good order. We all slept well. It was very quiet. No pool or breakfast but we knew that.

The front desk lady had my things already ready when I came in. My paperwork was ready to sign & she already had my key. Check-in was speed lightning & she was very polite.

The property was run down. The manager was very very rude. The areas around the hotel appeared unsafe. There were several drug deals that happened within our view.

The property looked as if it was closed down from the street, and didn't look much better when we pulled into the potholed parking lot. The positives were the front desk was very nice and the room was clean.

Hot tub drain was broken and they had some shoddy plug that really didnt hold the water long at all. Toilet was also broken, so not able to flush, also leaking onto the floor. This place needs a real update or replacement.
