It was pretty much only about 10 minutes from anything that I wanted to do. The area made me feel safe and it was relatively quiet. The rooms were very Good size wise. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

It was a hitel that needs a little fixing up. The lobby area seemed to be great. The rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned properly and maintained. It was a quick trip so other than no one being in the lobby when I arrived to check in to the unfriendly staff on Saturday it was an okay trip. Best thing was the bed and tv.

The hotel ghosted us. The phone lines were down for 3 days, and I was unable to change anything (a flight was canceled), and no one could contact them via phone or email.

The toilet didn’t work, nor did the Television. I got tired of complaining. Switched rooms once and didn’t feel like doing it again. And, the pool was filthy.

Pool is broke. Staff don’t help. Managers never on duty. Your card will be double or over charged

Very comfortable bed. Near the airport and convenient but sparsely furnished and a bathroom is dated. Loud a/c.

We arrived during the 4th of July weekend so there was no cleaning staff for the holiday. The front desk staff was hard to locate at times. The food selection was minimal. The location is amazing.

I booked due to a family gathering. It was my birthday and i really wanted to swim with daughter and nephew once our family gathering was over…. Unfortunately the pool was closed. After explaining that i heard one of the employees state that it had been broken since they opened!! I was very disappointed when i heard that part. There was a note posted about the inconvenience as if it just happened. Then they went on to state that all booking sites were informed of this. If so its not posted on this site at all. Overall it was a nice hotel. I loved all the employees that i can in contact with everyone was so nice….Since the pool was the highlight of the stay for me to spend time with the kids before traveling the next day. I feel like this was the best rating i could really give

Room on first floor by side door and ice machine. I know someone has to get that room but it was a Monday night and hotel was basically empty. Expected housekeeping since we stayed two nights.

My wife's first response, "This is really nice. Very clean." I think that says it all. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom sink area was a bit small, but usable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I asked for a late checkout of 1pm due to a Zoom meeting I needed to attend, but the clerk only approved it for 12:30 and I I had to complete the meeting in my car. Also I hung the “ DO NOT Disturb” sign on my door because I would be working on the Zoom meeting the next morning, but they still knocked on the door during my meeting.

Staff unaccounted for for almost 20 minutes upon check in. When he was finally located he showed up with his shirt inside out… and called attention to it himself… Property was having severe issues with everything from rooms not unlocking, computer system didn’t work at all, no wifi, light on wall in room flashes constantly even when off. A/C didn’t work properly. None of these issues were mentioned up front so found upon trying to settle in for a work trip. Staff said they would correct the issues before the second night and moved me rooms and covered the first night which was appreciated. Over half the issues persisted along with more in the new room. Manager said she would take care of the second night as well due to the complete disaster that went on the entire stay. A week later I still did not have the second night refunded and after several calls on hold to Expedia - of 30-45 min each…- they told me the manager wouldn’t cover the second night now- trying to say Expedia needs to deal with it. However they won’t without the hotel authorizing it sooo…After speaking with said manager she gave me the run around several times and went back on her word until I finally gave up after wasting several hours over the course of a week trying to resolve this. Won’t stay here again.

Tv didn’t work and the refillable body wash bottle in the shower was empty. But staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bright spot was the service of the staff and the room was clean...then it falls short from there. Pool was not open due to maintenance (very hot weekend), hallways smelled like weed and our door stuck going in and out. In addition, the air conditioner could not keep up with set temperature of 73. Lastly, some channels of tv did not work consistently.

Even though it's located near the airport, we didn't hear any planes.

family vacation. room was clean and modern. beds were the best. best sleep ive had in years. when i arrived the network systems were down. check in was frustrating & the staff struggled to do things the old fashioned way. i was not offered cookies & water even though im a HH member for many years. other than those minor issues this hotel was great and i would stay here again.
