I've stayed at Best Western El Paso Airport multiple times and every time it's been a great, comfortable and accessible stay located walking distance to ELP airport. Staff is wonderful and attentive, rooms are clean and relaxing, 10/10 would recommend.

Average hotel with the basics. Convenient location next to airport. Good breakfast choices. Rooms clean, basic but small. Noise level high, traffic is load and walls are thin, easily can hear next door an hallway traffic.

When guests check in with dogs, please put them away from other guest. Someone down the hall had at least two dogs, that barked and barked and wouldn't stop. The lady at the front desk went to the room but no one answered the door. So the barking continued for a while.

Plane was so late, I could not get my rental car to get to the hotel the first night. The CHEERFULLY refunded me. I’ll be staying here as often as I can!

We hadca smaller room, but it was very comfortable. I like tge shampoo/conditioner/body was dispensers in the shower and tge walk in shower. The microwave in the hall was a hassle. it woukd ve nice to have one in the room and not share it with tge entire floor. The staff very friendly and the Zen/Relax room with the absolutely amazing massage chairs was a total bonus. I will stay there everytime we are in El Paso just for that reason. The breakfast was also pretty good and the free fountian drinks another plus. Overall my husband and I were very happy with our stay!

We were treated so very kindly! Brenda at the front desk made us feel welcome, valued. We were given breakfast items to keep in the room’s refrigerator since our flight was at 6am. Even at that early hour, shuttle service to the airport was provided. Thank you Brenda, you are a great representative for Best Western ELP Airport!

can walk from car rental drop off. feasible to walk to the terminal if you don't mind rolling your luggage. easy use of wyndham airport shuttle. friendly staff. modern deco and clean room.

Would highly recommend the stay . Front desk staff (Brenda) went above and beyond . From finding us places to see and local Favorites!! Unfortunately they do not have any laundry facilities, so she walked me next door, I think it was the Hilton ,they share their Laundry facilities with Best Western. Brenda is a true asset to the company!!! In today’s world it’s hard to find courteous and friendly individuals. Because of her kindness I will definitely stay here again and will recommend BW to all my family and friends!!!

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. They are pet friendly and don’t charge a huge fee for our little furry family member. Also, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I don’t usually leave a review but the young lady who checked us in, Brenda, was extra kind. I appreciate her and wanted to make sure and let others know.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on the third floor over the airport access road. The road might as well have been through my room - it was that noisy all night long. Requested a different room four times ant the front desk and they were unable to accommodate. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

You can literally walk to the airport from the hotel.

This hotel served its purpose. It was a quiet place to sleep, not much around it if you bring a pet. The rooms are extremely small but we made it work, the room we had thankfully had a bench that could place our luggage on.
The check in representative last night was not the most friendly.
Overall I would stay here again if El Paso is the only option to stop while on a road trip.

I always stay here when visiting El Paso. It's convenient, walking distance from the airport. Easy check-in and out. Shuttle if you need it. The breakfast has a number of hot choices. Comfortable rooms.

Staff was very kind from check in to check out. Both people were courteous and helped answer any questions. Room was spacious, sheets and bedding/towels looked clean but bathroom was not cleaned very well (soap residue on soap dish, hair on the floor).
It is conveniently located across the street from the airport for those early morning flight.

Great staff, but this is an older place that definitely needs upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. Smells like the plumbing needs to be redone within the next few years.
