The hotel says it has a spa on its advertised amenities but it does not. This makes it an expensive option compared to equivalent hotels.

The staff is super friendly, they manage to explain everything in English and even is Spanish, the room was super clean and well equipped, not small at all for 2 people, super well connected, it at the train station, there is no noise from the station, in a nutshell, great experience!

Wrhis was our second time. We stayed here last year in March also liked this hotel very much, especially after staying at the hotel where the real estate was very expensive; so, we not only didn’t have a closet, or space to walk to get to other side of the bed.

Fantastic hotel in Yamagata city! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a car park too. The hotel is right next to the station and the area is quiet and safe. Overall, a great experience! Looking forward to staying here again.

Stayed here for a transitional night from flying in from Tokyo and heading to Zao Onsen for a ski trip. The bus from Yamagata airport was easy as they are timed for each flight, tap your IC card and the bus drops you off at Yamagata station, bus area is a quick walk as you go under the pedestrian bridge and it's 2 minutes to the right. Pleasant staff with limited English. Had timetables maps and other information that I needed. Room was modern clean and overall very comfy. Breakfast had Western and Japanese options (different restaurants) and the Japanese one was beautifully presented and tasty.

We only stayed for a stopover. The hotel is connected to Yamagata Station, super convenient. The deluxe corner room is very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities. The Japanese breakfast set is a must.

Nice, clean, convenient, and friendly staffs. Very helpful and assisted me to find good place to eat near by. Breakfast was beautiful and tasty Japanese dishes too!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is attached to the train station and near car rental places. The stay felt luxurious, and we would stay again.
