The service was excellent. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel.... Rooms are smaller than most hotels we've stayed in; but comfortable. The only problem we had was a strange odor in the room, almost like a gas leak or something burning nearby. It may have been someone smoking outside. (something Our room had a lingering smell like

I am an elderly lady that traveled alone. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The resident manager was professional and accompanied my needs like providing a shower chair and lending me a charging block. The room was very clean and the breakfast area was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

The Front Desk Attendant was top notch in every way, as was the rest of the staff. 5 stars all-around.

We arrived around 1:00 am and were very tired. We tried to make reservations through your site for another Hotel and between being kicked off of your site and the unhelpful clerk we decided to go to the Super 8 across the street. It turned out to be a great choice. The desk clerk, Cooper, was extremely helpful and courteous. We did go back on your site, Hotels.com, and were able to book a room for a decent price. Thank you again, Cooper. I also want to give a thank you to Mark at Super 8.

My room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. There weren’t enough parking spots so I had to park across the street and pass by some men who were drinking and loitering on the property. I’m sure they were nice, but it is a bit uncomfortable as a woman passing by to get to the hotel at night.

I checked out 2 days early due to the filthy conditions and strange domestic disturbances going on in the hotel with what appeared to be staff or someone living there. I complained about noise and dogs barking, and was told they would move me but I ended up leaving instead.

Original room given to us at check-in had not been cleaned so we were given a different room and told to leave a review to get a discount. Really? I have to work to get a discount for a mistake you made? Nope. No more Super 8 for us

The property is in fair condition, but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is priced appropriately for just getting a good night's sleep and heading back in the road. Staff was friendly.
