Convenient business hotel with a nice Gym, excellent located and good facilities. More clean than ever and very much attention to detail. A shame that the club and personalized service have been shut, but it works surprisingly well with a dedicated area at ground level and still access to work space at 11 floor.

Pool area was big and beautiful and nice to have bar service at your lounge/table. Room was spacious and all of the staff really friendly. The location was 10/10....couldnt get any better. Definitely recommend

Guess staying for a few days rated an upgrade and they put me in a corner room larger than I expected with some views of Clark Quay -and other sights of the city. The location can’t be beat. Clark quay right outside - restaurants, bars, people watching - and a 10-15 min walk ( if slow with the heat)to Chinatown - further but you can take the tube to Marina Bay- which you have to do at night when the lights come on.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, from check in to check out. The room had everything that you could possibly need. It was so well designed for your stay. Staff were truly amazing. We will be back that's for sure.

Great location in Clarke Quay and its great night atmosphere. Many restaurants to choose from along the river. Hotel staff welcoming and friendly. Rooms were bright and clean. Close to hop on hop off bus stop and the river cruises as well. Definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

I was allocated Rm 209 which was the furthest room from the lift and you had to traverse two flights of stairs to get there. All other options were blocked off due to building works.
This room has horrendous sound proofing I could hear the people in the adjoining room talking/snoring etc. the party noise from Clarke quay was deafening, I was awoken at 10.15pm until after midnight. Then I could hear random people talking until dawn. When I checked out not one of the staff asked if I enjoyed my stay as they knew I was in this terrible room

After an initial hiccup (the service lift and mechanism were noisy and right above our room) we were helped by the night manager. He upgraded us to a new and far better room, which was a beyond delightful experience! Thank you to the staff at Paradox

Nice location near Clark Quay station. You need to walk around the hotel to the lobby from the station platform. But just 5 min walk on adult foot. 10min on child foot.

Close to everything and walkable to many attractions including Chinatown, Raffles and Marina Bay. Disappointed at mould in bathroom which was addressed when it was pointed out.

Edwin bar manager was extremely rude and embarrassed us and told us to leave area near pool. as there was no other areas available and there was no sign to say you were not allowed to sit there when there was no one ordering drinks.
Another problem was children throwing tennis balls in pool .very unsupervised

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right beside Clarke Quay and all the amenities there. You can walk to everything or walk straight into the metro and go anywhere in Singapore.
I think for the price it is good value, but I would not say it feels like five star, more like four star tourist level.
The breakfast buffet was a bit of a scrum, with a huge amount of people in one place. The bar was nice, quiet and sedate. Our room was quite adequate, well air conditioned with a good bathroom and shower.
So once again – I cannot complain at the price, but if I wanted a top five star experience, I would probably choose somewhere else and have to pay a lot more

We arrived early and the hotel stored our bags. We were given access to the pool and gym change rooms on the second floor to freshen up after a 8hr night flight so we can go for a wonder around the city while the rooms are being made. We were given an upgrade to the executive floor as the hotel had no interconnecting rooms on other floors. Concierge helped organize a 4am taxi to take us to the airport and the night staff helped us with bags.
The hotel is right next to Central shopping centre and there is a MTR station right next door. The location is very convenient, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. You cannot go wrong.
