Have stayed here multiple times when in the area. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff is always friendly. Will continue to stay here when we visit

I loved our stay but the lounge chairs could not be laid in at the pool! Every one of them were broke!

My new "go to" hotel. As prices increase in this area during summer beach time, the price here is really a value. Clean and maintained well. Staff are efficient and friendly. Location is a bit challenging, but this area has road construction all the time. Not a deal breaker.

The key card system needs upgrade, every time we turned around card didnt work. They said we got our phone too close or our car fob too clise. Extremely hard to keep distance with those items. The so called breakfast was some meat, hardly anything else. Otherwise the staff wonderful rooms very nice and quiet

The property is a good place to stay. The rooms were clean and the place was adequately staffed. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was kind of small and they did not have a great selection of breakfast foods. There was never no beacon and the day they had sausage gravy, there were no eggs. There was not any cheese or other toppings for the eggs.

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay. The room was clean, overall property was clean. We felt safe, it was quiet inside and outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. All of the staff were nice. I like the security feature of having to be buzzed in after certain hours.

Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel was not what I was expecting. There was a big (live) cockroach, smallish moth, and a baby cockroach that we had to share our room with. The blackout curtains didn't quite shut all the way and there was at least an inch to an inch and a half gap under the door to the lit hallway anyway. Bed was okay, but they were out of coffee and had a broken toaster the next morning.

Everything was great, except 1)tv remote didn't work 2) there was no waffle batter ½ hour before breakfast closed. 3) need phone charging outlet for both beds, not only one outlet for 2 beds. 4) there was no place to recycle items

All was good until my kids went to the pool. The hotel or whoever decided to clean the pool at 10am when we and other guests was there. I think that should be done after hours not at 10am.

Friendly hotel employee at check-in, but our key cards didn't work multiple times - had to go to the front desk.

First of all booked ahead of time got there they still didn't have rooms ready they charged my credit card 3 times went up to the room it smelled like humidy half of the room was wet had to move my family from one room to the other second room was dirty had trashed in room went down stairs spoked with the front desk he said it was out of he’s power to do anything witch is dumb because if your the only one there you should be capable to handle those type of situations overall just bad service and bad experience definitely not staying here again

Money beggars in parking lot. Construction going on in front of hotel, breakfast was not good, no coffee cups , orange juice was expired, both side doors were broken. Shampoo, soap dispensers were empty

It is an older building with lots of deferred maintenance. Especially the exterior. Needs power washing and painting. Many of the landscape lights that were intended to illuminate the building were broken. VERY busy area. Traffic backed up and very difficult to drive through to the hotel entrance. Other areas around the hotel wete empty and overgrown
