Ants in the room around side table. Shower has no pressure. Comforter was torn with filling coming out. Holes at the seem areas. I have pictures. Walls not insulated well. Too much noise from outside intersection traffic. Overall property was clean.

Very good hotel

We stayed once before for like 6 nights and the elevator was broken at that time with a room in the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was really bad at that time but we didn’t mind because we were out almost all day long and came in late to sleep and shower. This trip we decided to give it a second chance and later we descoberes and he only thing that changed was the elevator was fixed. I decided to remove the pillow cases off the pillows and found yellow pillows not white. They never wash them. At this point I didn’t want to go any further to the bed sheets because I did t want to be disgusted. The iron was broken, asked for another and they brought one up but told me not to put to much water in it like if I have never used an iron. The pressure on the shower was still the same and to end this. I wouldn’t ever stay in this place again. Third time is a charms will never come. Never again! Attitude in the mornings front desk and workers taking everything including turning water machines off while still eating. Their answer was that it was 9:09am and breakfast was over. Don’t bother with this microwave meals. Spend a little more and get you a nicer place!

My experience was not a great one first upon arriving found out that the elevator was down was told it was on the website but when I looked plus my daughter and several others we could not find where is showed that the elevator was down, then once getting in the room seen that there was not enough towels for me and my family and that the pillowcases were dirty was told that I had to wait until the next day for housekeeping, then when housekeeping came they didn’t want to give us the new stuff we had requested. They staff was very rude and very argumentative when you tried to talk to them to explain would they like to be told your not able to be given fresh linen and towels, also used the washer and because the washer was rusted out left my clothing dirty from the rust in the washer. Overall the trip was not a good one was supposed to be a trip for my family before back to school and it was not a good experience

Not very good could barely get towels to bathe, when ever I asked for something was told to wait until housekeeping was available and when I asked housekeeping still was not able to get what I asked for staff was very rude and argumentative. No smoke detector in the room fridge would not keep things cold bedding was not clean and when asked for new linen was told had to wait for housekeeping.

I was disappointed in my stay. I wasn't expecting to be UNcomfortable at Comfort Suites. The elevator was down my entire stay, so my family and I had to take the stairs for three days. The one positive is that breakfast was pretty good.

It was an older hotel. Clean. Breakfast was good. Very disappointed that the elevator was broken. We were in the 2nd floor and had to carry luggage up the stairs. Kids went swimming….pool area needs some repair. Slow check in process.

Elevator dont work

I will NEVER stay here again….HUGE ANT problem and the staff was not friendly or helpful….one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at!!!

I like the location but the bathroom need better cleaning work.

The property was good. The only bad experience was about the elevator. It was not working for all four days. We have to lift our heavy bags using stairs.

Staff was a step above homeless people. Building was TERRIBLE! Drywall on ceiling in pool area was literally falling apart. Paint was needed EVERYWHERE! Elevator was down for the entire 3 day stay which required us to carry our luggage up and down the steps to get to a room. The pool had a Band-Aid floating in it. The light switches in our room were dirty. The shower was obviously not cleaned. None of the housekeeping staff spoke any English, so we had to walk down to the first floor to ask for any needed items. The exercise room smelled like something had died in it. They had three pieces of equipment, of which only the recumbent bike worked. The breakfast was actually decent. Bottom line…..only stay there if it keeps you from sleeping outside. When we left there were 4 Police cars there dealing with God Only Knows what. It is difficult for me to believe that Comfort Suites allows their name to be associated with this place.

Would give it 5 stars but found a condom wrapper Next to my bed.. elevator was broken..don’t mind the stairs but not safe for anyone with a disability..

Could have been cleaner

Their elevator is broken until further notice and only rooms on the 3rd floor! My advice would be to call before booking to check if the elevator has been fixed or not.

The hotel had no working elevator! Arriving at the hotel late at night, I was told 3rd floor. I'm handicapped! They finally found a room on the second floor. Four days of walking up and down the stairs. I stayed at this property five weeks ago and the elevator had down time then as well. Plus on three separate occasions I had cigarette smoke coming into my room. I don't know if it was from below or above but they had their fan on while the smoke was circulating into my room, Each time I contacted the main desk. Poor responses each time. Will never stay at this property again.

The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. The a/c vents were very dirty. Looked like there was blood on the curtains that wouldnt stay closed. The refrigerator smelled horrible like vomit or like something died in it. The beds were comfortable and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was good but some of the equipment was broken.

The upkeep of the property needs improvement. Elevator out, room dirty, smells like smoke, overall a very unpleasant stay due to cleanliness. No housekeeping either.

Truly a phenomenal hotel. The entire building inside and out was super clean. The staff was truly helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay again

Not a friendly place at all actually very weird and unfriendly atmosphere there.

This was my 2nd trip to this hotel. I stayed there last year. Last year, lots if remodeling was going on. They did lots remodeling and the hotel looks more nice. Elevator was out of service. Service person said no handyman was available to fix Elevator due to holuday weekend. Other wise everything was good.

The hotel was clean. The room was fine. The breakfast was adequate. There was a lot of noise in the halls until 1am my first night - kids running up and down the hall. It was quiet my 2nd and 3rd nights.

Did not like this hotel at all. There were bugs everywhere in the hotel room we got. Ended up having to get a new hotel. The staff at front desk was not helpful.

It was clean, noise all night long from next door, no coffee in breakfast room but coffeemaker in room was not complete, parts missing. Housekeeping brought a new one in a box that we set up to enjoy before departure. Location was good for us.
