Nice hotel with great public transportation connections. Metro and busses leaving from the next-door shopping center which also have all the shops and restaurants. Area is very nice. Rooms good and clean, but could be cosier. Breakfast was basic and nothing special.

Really nice hotel, very close to the metro station which takes you to central Helsinki in 15 minutes but also very easy to get out of the city and into the countryside. The hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and there were lots of options. I would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable and had the essentials. AC worked well and I slept well in the bed. Breakfast was got the job done. Hotel staff were friendly. Only thing that I think could have been better was the parking: why do I need to pay for 24h parking when I'm only spending the night at the hotel?

Room cleaning needs improvement though. There was dust in the spots they don’t seem to check everyday (light fixtures, etc). But in all fairness this seems to be a common problem on this kind of property in Finland. Cleaning services are simply not good and thorough enougj.

Beautiful hotel but unfortunately bad prestation . On my first night , empty soap & little shower gel enough to take my shower. Even if I asked twice the second day for the housekeeper to add some, the second night room not cleaned, used coffee cups not changed, and empty soap and shower gel. The receptionist wanted me to wait the morning, I insisted, so he let me take my shower in another room. Saturday room not cleaned because the housekeeper sold I’m checking out ??? lots of mis communications between staff !!

An immaculately clean room with top quality beds, linen, and light-blocking curtains (helps with jetlag). Excellent breakfast included, as well as WiFi. Sauna available and also included. Walking distance / adjacent to all Tapiola amenities, shops and restaurants, but at the same time no need to go anywhere; the hotel’s own restaurant is excellent as well. The only thing that should be added is parking; we had to pay extra for that.. The metro takes you in minutes to downtown Helsinki.

A really pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.Parking is not cheap but you get a hotel discount.It is located right next to a shopping centre and metro station with easy links to downtown Helsinki.Its also next door to wonderful parkland with enjoyable walks.The breakfast was good, coffee not good. I did not eat in the restaurant.

Nice room, but hardly executive, UK budget hotels can be quite similar. Arrived and told the sauna was already taken by a private guest booking, so not even this facility available. Breakfast good but had to share a table with a stranger as busy. Could not check out as the computers were down (at 8am) and had to leave credit card details and an email address. This is a hotel set near a park and a small shopping center. It is reasonably priced and comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the hotel restaurant is decent as well. The room that I stayed in had a musty smell. Overall this hotel is a very good value for the price.

You can see this was a great hotel when originally built.Everything is functional but just old design.The pool really is massive.The local shops are overdue a refurbishment /replacement, but the area for walking is simply stunning.Included breakfast was top quality with whatever you want easily available.

Very nice, comfortable, well-managed, clean hotel with very accommodating and helpful bilingual staff. Staff is sensitive and proactive about addressing any issues no matter how slight, conveying an attitude of genuine interest in the comfort and well-being of the guest. Breakfast buffet every morning is plentiful and sufficiently diverse to create a proper and personally customized experience. Location of the hotel is very convenient for one wishing to visit Helsinki - just a 20 minute bus ride. You don't need a vehicle as the bus stops are right across the parking lot. One of the best features of the hotel is that it is quiet enough to allow for a good night's sleep every night.

We love this hotel! This is our third year staying there. It is moderately priced and conveniently located in the Tapiola Shopping Center about 10 Km west of Helsinki. There are buses into Helsinki (Kemppi) that leave about every 15-20 minutes. The bus ride is about 12-15 minutes.
However the best thing about this hotel is its staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Their staff gets an A+ from us.
The hotel restaurant is good, but a bit pricey. For a more reasonably priced evening meal, try the Stockmann's cafeteria on the third floor of that store (5 minute walk from hotel). Soup and Salad buffet with bread +butter for 9.70€! Open until 2030 on weekdaysTough to beat!

All staff had English and were most helpful at all times. They took an interest in our visit, which was to visit family, and wanted to know how it was going. Altogether a good experience.

Although it is rated as 4* hotel, don't expect to have coffee/tea & kettle in the room. It is not the $3-4 dollars extra that you got to pay in order to get a warm cup, but the fact that it is available only at the reception level! How on earth did they get 4*?
