Overall excellent.

I always have a good time every time I booked the hotel to waterfront. Although there was a lot of changes from the food at the restaurant from before, like the kinds or the different kinds of cheese they have and the other foods. but that was okey. as long as I am comfortable and safe.

Staff we're nice. Place is clean. Food is good.

The staff in front in charge in the bar should pay attention to their customers. Taking time to ask for additional order. There’s a lot of service staff but they’re not focus on what their doing. Even asking for the bill I asked 2X

Nice hotel but rooms need to be updated/renovated.

HVAC makes large thump every few hours. All the shower curtains needs to be replaced. They smell.

Still a great property after all these years. The rooms are still a bit dated but the lobby upgrade looks great. The breakfast was fantastatic.

One of the grand old dames of Cebu. Still among the best. Conveniently located across the Cebu I.T. Park where there is a shopping mall and several restaurants and bars. *** The rooms are a bit dated though and a little renovation would be good.

1) The room condition is very old and toilet condition is very run down. Cleanliness is poor as well. I think really need to renovate and refresh the room. 2) The wireless internet connection is awfully slow. 3) The checking out queue is so slow. There is insufficient front desk staffs to cope with both check in and out guests.

Rooms are a bit tired. I wish their AC didn't give a large thump in the middle of the night while sleeping.

Property lobby is nice. Rooms and decor are dated. Beds, if you only get Superior Room, are not comfortable. Deluxe Rooms have better beds. Bathroom has a sewer smell. I initially thought towels smelled but learned it was the shower curtains smells. Didn't look into detail but would not be surprise if it has mildew. Staff around the property, security in front are courteous. Front desk personnel are nice but if this is a 5 star hotel, the "extra" or "going above and beyond" are lacking. But overall, I would say experience is average.

Have always been staying at these hotel before the arrival of NUSTAR casino. Need to upgrade the casino slot games. But most of all, hotel rooms needed some upgrade. Shower rooms too small and tubs (superior room) too high. Not safe..

Room 321 smells yucky (kulob) but we were so tired to complain for a transfer or even ask for a Lysol spray. From a late ferry departure to a not comfortable room, Everything that day didn’t go well…

Good hotel！

I am a Hotel Executive Chef for over 30 years. I have opened 13 resorts and other hotels all over the country. I have been to Asia several times and stayed at 5 star resort several times. I am here to tell you that this property is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in, HANDS DOWN! From the very moment you get there the experience is exquisite. No wonder it is a 5 star Resort. The staff are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please your every desire. The food is second to none from the daily breakfast buffet in "Saffron" to the open air restaurant Azure to the upscale dining in the Spanish Cuisine AKA to the Japanese restaurant Kalma. Everything I had was delicious and presented well. The rooms are spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the activities are fun, well thought out and exciting right down to the fireworks display on Saturday night. It was my birthday the night I got there with my girlfriend and I was treated like a celebrity. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Absolute perfection.

I cannot say enough good about the Frontline staff! First class the whole way! I was let down however to the lack of water and hot water for extended periods and no desire by the hotel to show interest in any compensation for the lack of hot water.

What I didn't like with the rooms weren't very good at all the beds were very uncomfortable there is nothing really in the rooms you're satisfaction there was no music the TV was so quiet you couldn't hear it it's stuck in a box the bathroom is that old the shower is one of the really old the management is just the same you have to stand in line just to walk into get your breakfast when you've got a a car there that you go in with it's just a pain in the ass I will never go there again and I would advise anybody else not to either

Good hotel, this time first encounter with reception could have been better, like talking to a prison warden.

I was not made aware the fact that only three people in the room... I called and talked to the hotel and travilocity about the forth person, was told an extra 20 bux, but in fact they made me get another room for the two little girls... cost me 200 bux a big head ache

The lobby is quite large and is a nice place to rest. It is peaceful since the main door is well guarded and restful with some people going in and out to watch and be entertained. Excellent service too from the lobby staff. They’re there to serve but will stay away when they see you’re not there to eat.

Overall it was good but no hot water

Pool area not properly maintained and waterfall was broken (staff said had not been operational for over a year). Hotel and Casino was nice and staff very accommodating.

My wife was charged for an extra cup of noodles from the mini bar. Even when she did not eat them. She also said the swimming pool was not clean.

Just as advertised! Large rooms and excellent breakfast with a decent amount of restaurants on site. Would highly recommend

I’ve stay at Waterfront in Davao and it was as ok and could have been better and expected the same from Cebu. I was wrong, I was shocked this truly a 5 star hotel. Rooms and service was great.
