great location, spacious clean room and good value for city centre

This was a very good hotel downtown Valencia and it offers good breakfast. Hotel is in good shape and very nice. Staff is very friendly, we have asked an ironer and it was freely available for a deposit of 10EUR.

Our room was extremely noisy due to ongoing work next to our room which impacted our stay. The hotel was not full and we should not have been allocated Room 527 so close to the hammer g, banging and drilling g which went on until 6 pm and started again at 7.30 am. Complaint put into hotel and Expedia but my chat got disconnected and I cannot resume it! Very annoyed!

Very good for the price, nice breakfast selections

Large hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean and quiet. There’s a cafe in the lobby and breakfast is available at a cost. Shops and restaurants close but a little distance to the sites. We like to walk so we didn’t mind.

Great place to stay with local restaurants behind the hotel. Decent walkable distance from old town.

The hotel is a bit outdated (carpets in the hall could be replaced) but the rooms were spotless clean, and the service was excellent. The maid came in every night with turndown service (left chocolates by the bed). The hotel provides slippers. There was no iron in the room (but you can get one from the front desk for a returnable deposit of 10 €). There was no hair dryer either. There is an Italian restaurant right in the hotel with a very good authentic Italian pasta dishes, we’ve tried a few and were pleased. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, but also on the side. Also, great location, close to many great restaurants, walkable distance to the many historic spots such as Valencia Cathedral, Plaza de Toros, Mercado Central. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and good. Basic amenities like tooth brush, paste etc were not provided in the room. The area surrounding the hotel is not lively and had to go further for good restaurants.

This hotel is conveniently positioned within walking distance of the main train station and many bars/cafes. The room was spacious and fairly clean. A good value option.

This was our second time staying at Senator Parque Central hotel and that says enough. Our stay was again lovely, comfortable and pleasant. Nothing bad to mention, only areas where the hotel can become even better. The location is convenient and at a reasonable walking distance to the metro and city center. The room was spacious and neat. The only thing that I’d like to see differently is locks on the bathroom door. The staff was lovely, friendly and professional. What I’d love to see more of them is simply more. More interest, helpful València tips or a simple good morning. The reception is relatively far from the main lobby area where the elevators are, so they tend to stay in their little bubble without making a lot of eye contact with guests. Our stay at Senator Parque Central was great and it’s a great choice for families.

An ok hotel in a good area.

Great stay at Senator Parque in Valencia. A week's comfortable stay. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food was great too. Would recommend and stay again.

Good location and helpful staff

Great spot in a great neighborhood. No fine dining here but a nice room, firm bed, strong wifi and good breakfast offered (great fresh orange juice), with many shopping and dining options in the charming walkable Rafassa neighborhood behind the hotel.

The elevator needs improvement

I was incredibly disappointed by the establishment and their elevators. The room were acceptable. But they had me upgrade to what was supposed to be an amazing room but it really would be average anywhere else.

Convenient location close to Russafa neighbourhood; lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable to Valencia city centre and to new Calatrava buildings at Ciutat de les Arts

We stayed here one night and would highly recommend. Bus stop close by and esa to get a taxi. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was ok, not sure I would purchase again unless I was really hungry or needed the convenience.

This Hotel shouldn't be ranked as a 4* simply because it's room content was barely satisfactory! Towels were like from student accommodation, thin and poor quality. There were no hotel slippers, no coffee machine! We could live without all these little extras but then we usually have them in 4 stars Hotels. Worst part was the breakfast as in very small room and people were on top of each other. Food was great but there was no room to move and we had to stay in ques for coffee and bump into other guests. For a size of this Hotel they should have bigger breakfast area. Not sure about the dinner because the only way you could inform yourself is via app. and honestly we couldn't be bothered scanning that thing. Stuff are polite but busy and they couldn't care to give you any information on check in... just scan the app! Don't go there unless you love hectic breakfast and atmosphere.

Lovely hotel fairly central!

Good hotel reasonably close to the old town (20 minute walk). Attentive staff and comfy room and beds with a good choice for self service breakfast

Great location and price/value, hotel is a little outdated and the curtains weren't too good so it was never really dark.

The hotel is old smells terrible and most of the bathroom accessories don't work. The staff is a little rude.

It was conveniently located to walk around but looked a bit dirty in neighborhood. Also room had an unpleasant smell. I liked the restaurants surrounding the hotel. Staff was helpful.
