Water was down , bar wasn’t open nor restaurants . I was having problems with the shower head .

Within the last month I’ve stayed here twice .
Both times I used the hotels app. The first visit I got what seem to be an extremely small room with a shower head that was lower than my shoulder height. The refrigerator wasn’t working I let front desk know I’d be there for 2 days & nights they said they would have it taken care of . They lied.

It was an average hotel. Had to ask several times for new towels and I was surprised that breakfast was an add on. Luckily the dinner next door has a great breakfast menu

Overall an OK stay. The mattress was crap so I didn’t sleep good but, it’s Gilroy.

Im a traveling man and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had not only at the Hilton but at any hotel. Staff was not friendly or had any customer service. They’re were rude except for the lady with the short red hair. The key system was down even online so we couldn’t get a keyless entry on the app.

Customer service was amazing, the ladies accommodated our early check-in at 2 versus 3. The light in our bathroom needed to be fix, but that was it. It was quiet, clean, nice and cold when we walked into our room, which we appreciated it😉😁 Great stay and would stay again👍

Room was very nice. We did not like the cleaning service to come in with out knocking, we forgot to put the sign up to do not disturb. Over all we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Called front desk and housekeeping couple times and no one picked up. Didn’t stock toilet rolls nor put trash bags in the trash bins. Room is clean but poor service.

The location was very convenient since it’s right off the highway. The room was spacious and clean. The AC unit was pretty noisy which made it difficult to sleep along with the fact that the room is not very sound proof. We could hear people talking and slamming their doors at very late hours of the night. Other than that, it’s a good place to spend the night.

The front desk was average at best in support or assistance. The breakfast was not what I am accustomed to in quality at a Hilton brand hotel. The tv channels were about 4, almost like having an antenna.

Not good. Put me in a conference room with storage for the hotel, then claimed that was my room! Had bed on wheels in there as well as 3 other beds on wheels stacked up in the corner plus a huge conference table and no phone.

The pool was out of service. The restaurant did not serve dinner as indicated on website. The bar was closed earlier than the posted sign. We had chosen this hotel and made plans based on those specific amenities. The description was inaccurate

Easy to check in, friendly staff and a kick ass breakfast run by a very outgoing and friendly person. A lot of value for the price, ample parking and close to the freeway, yet not too loud. Overall a good place to be.

My requests for top floor away from noise weren’t accommodated. Upon check in I received a different room than I had originally selected. An hour into our stay around 11pm the room above us started stomping around loudly. Went on for hours. My family hardly slept.
The sheets were itchy and I woke up with two bug bites in the morning.
The breakfast was mediocre and I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. For a Hilton this was not remotely close to what I was expecting.

The property was clean, well-kept, and convenient. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast host was lovely. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the duration of our stay (over 110 degrees each day!) which was a key reason for selecting this hotel. We were not notified of this at check in, and discovered only after suiting up the family and all excitedly heading down to the closed pool. Additionally, the rooms were not ready at check-in time.
While in our room, we called the front desk and waited on hold for over 15 minutes without anyone answering. When we walked down to the lobby, the attendant was not waiting on any customers. Finally, while they say they provide a crib for infants, they really only had a hard "pack-and play" with no sheets - this is not the same thing.

Stayed here for 1 night after a Day at Gilroy Gardens. D at the Front Desk was Amazing. 10/10 Customer Service! Check in was Smooth with Digital Key. A few Minor missed Details on my Booking But Nothing Major. Room was 10/10. The Hotel was Very Welcoming and Clean. Parking was great. I loved that I could choose my Room and get Digital Key. Stay was Great! Definitely recommend.

Easy check in and parking. Clean/safe place. Nothing within walking distance but close to the freeway. Only stayed one night. Kids loved the pool and comfy bed. The air vent in the bathroom did not work and the AC made loud buzzing noise during the night so had to get up to turn off. Not a big deal. Would stay again.

We checked in at 3.00 p.m. and saw very few cars in the lot. Despite the lack of bookings we were assigned room 219 across from the elevators and the ice machine. Both areas created noise and effected our ability to sleep.
