We checked in around 11:30 pm and were given a room. When we walked into the room we woke up another family. It was occupied. When we went back to the office and tild him, he stated all rooms were booked and didnt know what to do. Then he walked us into a room right next tot he office and opened it with a master key. It had 2 beds, but they were full size and not queens. He said he didnt have a key for me bit that "no one will bither you." The full size bed was too smal for my wife and i, so it was very i comfortable. I was so worried, after the experience of walking in on another family, that my family was not safe that i did not sleep all night. The door didn't have an internal lock, so i was concerned for the families safety. Never again.

Don’t think you will get to use the pool it is so dirty you feel dirty going in it. People coming and going all hours of the night. Loud large trucks going all night and homeless people camping on the other side of the open fence. I will never go there again.

This place was DIRTY and looked nothing like the pictures shown on the hotels.com site. The building isn’t even yellow. The bushes were dead. The pool was dirty. The room was basic. The fridge and the microwave looked clean. But peeling paint and a sticky door in the bathroom. Random hair in almost every towel. Grounds were awful!! Trash everywhere!! There were homeless in RV in the parking lot and stray cats everywhere. The whole back side of the hotel was being used as a labor camp for field worker housing. Mud (from their boots) everywhere. They were lined up to eat from a van outside and lined up throughout the day to use the washer and dryer. I would not let my children go outside or use the pool. I was very disappointed

After a few less than satisfactory experiences with other hotels during our trip, we arrived and found this one to be heavenly. They had everything in the room we could need, were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the clean, quiet, comfortable room!

Due to an emergency on Friday, we weren't able to make it to Gilroy, tried calling hotel and no answer. Then we went to check in Saturday night, 2 rooms, 2 nights. Friday and Saturday. To be told they had no rooms. Everything was taken. I explained iwas supposed to be ther Friday but do to an emergency was able to make it until now Saturday night. So after 45 minutes he found one reservation but only 1 room. But i pre paid threw Hotels. Com and he said that it was just for Friday and i didn't make it. But some how he founr one rooms reservation but not a second. With my daughter 2 babies under the age of 2 and only one room. She took that room but my wife and self having to find another hotel at 1130 pm. After prepaying for rooms on Hotels.com. but some how the hotel didn't get the reservation or they sold our rooms. I showed the man at front desk my itinerary and recipe and he said I'd have to take it up with hotels.com or take them to small claims court. I thought the purpose of using hotels.com was to simplify and guarantee your check in hassle free.

Breakfast is falsely stated. They have 1 type of pastry and coffee if you get there in time and orange juice. This does not constitute breakfast in my eyes. Back side of property looks a little shady. Washers and dryers are never opened due to people who aren't customers using them all the time. Other than that the rooms are clean and roomy and management is nice

First room door did not work, my daughter almost hurt her hand trying to close it, TV didnt work, Boyfriend went to office which second room was given, 1 towel had a knot of hair, Morning lady in office was rude saying that tgere was no coffee or juice or ANYTHiNG left,

Terrible service by check in and check out staff. They “put my card on file” and the attendant ran my card without my permission. The morning staff refused to add another night to the room over the phone even though they had all my info “on file” woke my 8month old daughter up 3 times. Ohh and we checked in at 4am. The floor was dirty had to call front desk to have maid come back and clean floor not to mention seen a roach, I would have left with my family if we didn’t have to be at a funeral so early the next day not very many options in Gilroy the surrounding area we needed to be in for the services didn’t take pictures but my family men did they may be posting a review as well ….
