**Charming Hotel with Thoughtful Touches**
I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting Victoria, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The hotel itself is full of charm, with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The breakfast was wonderful—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I was especially impressed by how accommodating the staff were; I overheard other guests requesting adjustments to the menu, and the team was more than happy to oblige. Their flexibility really stood out.
One unique offering I loved was the option to add an appetizer or dessert plate to your room. It was well worth the extra charge—a perfect treat after a long day of exploring the city.
The only small downside was the lack of bag service. It would’ve been helpful to have assistance with my luggage, as bringing down my suitcase myself was a bit of a challenge.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria. It’s a charming place with attentive staff and thoughtful touches that make your stay special!

We visited Victoria for our honeymoon and stayed at Abigail's for eight days. What a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, interesting and well appointed. The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were delicious. Close to downtown and all services. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

Quaint hotel, beautiful bathroom with free standing bath. Just 30 rooms but well catered for with complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge, cookies on arrival. Great location for walking to the harbour. Had a fabulous meal at Fishhook - Indian/ fish restaurant 5 mins walk away.

At that time it was a luxurious outstanding
B & B. It’s standards of excellence has not been compromised at all. It is a superior property with no equal.
The only negative is that it doesn’t have an elevator in the main/original building.

This lovely hotel is situated within a short walk of Victoria Harbor. We found the staff to be warm and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely appointed with a soaking tub. A few nice touches included a high quality breakfast, afternoon apero and some fresh, delicious cookies. Would stay again!

Our stay was amazing. This is a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and great accommodations. It is in a great location to walk to the harbor and near the Christ Church Cathedral and adjacent park & playground. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices and options. Our travel experience was definitely improved by staying here.

This is a heritage building so there are no elevators but the comfort of the room was not sacrificed to history. The fireplace and chairs were charming. The bathroom was roomy and functional even though we did not use the jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful. We like that we could park our car and forget it as we didn't need it to get around town.

Abigail's is an exceptional place! Our room was lovely and and there with great attention to the small details. The daily breakfast served was delcious and had a nice variety of options. It was convenient to have parking provided, however, it is in a very walkable location to reach the Inner Harbor. The staff we encountered were always gracious and helpful.

This property did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of charm. Everyone was super friendly and the downtown Victoria shopping and l dining area was about a 12 minute walk. (Part of that is uphill though!) The breakfast was outstanding as well!

Wonderful boutique hotel that is located at the end of a quiet residential street. A nice short walk from the harbour and and sights of Victoria. There were only three rooms on our floor, and our king suite was fresh clean and well appointed.
The breakfast on the patio served by the friendly staff was the highlight of our mornings. We would recommend the Abigail to anyone traveling to downtown victoria
