Indoor pool was freezing cold. Nobody could swim. The reason I got the room was for the indoor pool for my grandson. He was so upset and disappointed. Don’t advertise an indoor pool without saying it’s not heated. Very disappointed.

The property had a few issues that we found unacceptable for the price. The location is great and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The facility needs updating. We had cold water and little black ant-like insects in our first room. The staff member moved us to another room. We had water issues the next morning. The cooling system was antiquated and difficult to regulate. The breakfast was unsatisfactory.

Hotel is near a huge mall but tucked in a quiet pocket. Eggs at breakfast were fluffy and delicious.

We decided to stay here again because we’d stayed years ago for shopping, etc. We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Our first room was dirty. The wallpaper was flapping in the wind from the air unit. The corners of the ceilings and around the floor appeared to have water damage. The toilet actually stopped working, so we had to switch rooms for the 2nd night. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We won’t be staying here again unless they do a serious remodel.

Room was chopped up. Big area but tge way it was layed out you had 12 inches from the foot of the bed to the closet. We stayed in 207. Nice but they lay put terrible.

The room was clean and cold just as I liked it. The staff accommodated my requests which made my stay at this hotel magnificent.

We got to the hotel late after a sports event, and we had reserved two rooms. When we wanted to check in, we were told the hotel was fully booked and they only had one room for us. The lady at the check-in desk didn’t really apologize, find any solution or offer any alternative. Half of our party had to scramble to find another hotel 1 hour away, wit small kids. Terrible experience.

Everything was great! Our room was clean, staff were all extremely nice & helpful. The pool & breakfast were both great! We used both every day we were there. 10/10.

This property was in a great location. Convenient to food, shopping, entertainment and other venues. Easy access to the highway and short distance to the uptown city. I would recommend this property. My wife and I had a room with a comfortable king suite with a refrigerator. There was a nice size bathroom with nice amenities.
We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

The outside looks great but the rooms are old and the furniture is not very clean. My daughters sleep on their cots for track because the pull out couch was so disgusting. Front desk staff was fantastic tho so made stay bearable.

It was amazing! We even were able to check in early which allowed us more ti.e to spend time with family and friends! Clean and service was excellent!

The hotel seemed a little dated. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It was half cleaned and there was also hair throughout the bathroom. The final straw for me was the lady who had her dog in the breakfast area the next morning. I definitely won't be returning.

As my Mother’s Day get away. I came her to relax and swim and do a nascar experience. After I check in. Which is the part that bothered me. Then they made me aware that there pool was down for maintenance which was the one reason I stayed there. And of course since you reserve through Expedia . Oh and also the toilets don’t flush. Won’t stay her again shame on marroitt
