I have stayed at Hampton Inn across the country and across the world. I always like the Hamptons because they are generally clean and have decent exercise rooms.
Remely disappointed in this stay, because half of the exercise equipment was in operable.

Bathroom floor smelled sour, otherwise everything else was clean. The key cards didn’t work half of the time, luckily we had two. The hot tub was not working and was covered up with wood and a rug and the pool was too cold to swim in.

The Staybridge was convenient to most of the places we wanted to go. The rooms were nice, but the closet doors needed some lubricant-quite noisy.

Good quick stay, nice roomy room. First room had issue with air conditioner I could tell as I walked in. Kindly moved me to a different room without difficulty.

We stayed for 8 nights and our only continuous problem was our keys kept deactivating. We did have an issue with our toilet, but they moved our rooms without issue.
Great breakfast selection, hot, fresh and the area was clean- even with dozens of teenage boys in the hotel! The gentleman working breakfast was friendly and helpful!
Front desk staff were helpful and able to address any needs we had, but the young lady who was there in the early evenings, was fantastic and always engaged with us and our boys.

I want my money back !!!!!!!!!
The toilet wouldn’t flush, and it backed up in the tub shower and sink. My wife and I couldn’t take a shower or wash in the sink, or brush our teeth.
Had to go to a Walmart to go to the restroom.
I asked for my money back, but they said that since I went with Expedia, I have to go through you to receive my money back.
I’m VERY upset about this stay !!!!

Great quick stay for a sporting event for our daughter

Breakfast was great, wish it started a little earlier due to having to leave early for a kids tournament. Room was wonderful and spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be choosing this hotel from now on when my family stays in town.

Rooms are set up nice and spacious. Nice lobby area for gathering with other guests in your party. Pool water was cold and needs to be heated. Kids didn’t want to swim long because of this.

First of all the staff was nice but didn't know what they were doing. The room was not clean. We found a dirty fork under the night stand where you could see it. Nobody cleaned the floors in the bathroom. Housekeeping forgot to replace towels. Still had food from last guests.

We loved the layout of the room and especially loved having a full kitchen! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space! The staff was also very helpful and friendly and helped provide me with a few essentials that I needed and forgot.

The condition of the Hotel was just fair, definitely in the need of some major tlc. Our room wasn't filthy but it wasn't very clean.

We loved our stay at Staybridge. This was our first time booking there and we’re so happy we made this choice! It was clean, very comfortable bed and such a nice kitchenette to work with. Great breakfast too. This is our new go-to place to stay!

Was a nice room, comfortable. Bathtub wouldn't drain worth heck and the bathroom fan sounded like a squeaky wheel

We did not have any room service in 3 nights. Also found garbage in kitchen left from previous guests. Coffee was out at breakfast two mornings. It was a nice room but service not as good as when we have stayed there previous ly.

There is no hot tub, despite it being in pictures and the descriptions. Overall room and breakfast were fine, but we were staying with kids and all they wanted was a hot tub haha (and I chose a hotel based solely on this criteria), so it felt very bait and switch when we got there and there wasn't one.
