Location is very good! Right on beach. Staff is friendly. Rooms are decorated nice and very clean.

Lovely hotel right on the beach with beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta. Private pools and paylapas on the beach. Close to walk to shopping and restaurants.

The rooms are nice. The views are some of the best in PV. Close to the malecon and great restaurants. The hot tub was cold and most of the jets didn't work. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom sink the door handle to our bedroom fell off. The staff was wonderful.

The staff was beyond accommodating to my family! No question was left unanswered and every concern addressed. I definitely recommend for anyone seeking 5 star quality at an affordable price.

Almost perfect. The only thing is that on my suite I was missing air-conditioning in living room area. That was really bad since the views are beautiful from our living area. And we couldn't enjoy it as we wanted. Room number 2 is the one missing this feature.

AMAZING! This was our first time here and we didn’t know what to expect…the hotel is located in a quaint, walkable location with a popular boardwalk nearby. Our chef Raoul was exceptional and very friendly. Even though I enjoyed everything we did, our stay in the sky suite with the wonderful view, the chef, and the private pool was the highlight. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves coming back to PV.

Location is great! Beach was not crowded at all during our entire stay. Suites were nice, chef service was great but opted out of it towards the end of our stay because it amounts to a good dinner out anyways and wanted to experience some cuisine there. Lulu was superb! She only serviced us for two breakfasts but

Housekeeping did an excellent and timely job cleaning the room. Every morning, we would leave to get breakfast. We’d return a couple hours later to find the room cleaned and ready.

First time in PV and we absolutely loved Vallarta Shores. The room was so spacious and felt so luxurious. My favorite part was the view of the ocean and beautiful sunset every night. Our chef Lulu was also phenomenal! She was so accommodating with any request we had and cooked us amazing meals every day. She was also so sweet and friendly. We will definitely return!!

This is our third trip to PV and lucky for us, the hotel we usually stay at was sold out. We searhced for a comparable place based on reviews and landed on Vallarta Shores. What a great choice! We are already planning our return because this experience is far and above any hotel we have ever experienced! We stayed in Suite “D” which is the smallest of the sky suites but still had more than ample space for 5 of us to spread out and have our own space or to gather for breakfast or dinner prepared by our wonderful personal chef, Barbie. She immediately put us at ease and was incredibly accomodating with every request we had. We were staying with another family who was staying in one of the two bedroom suites. We wanted to start the day together and Barbie would cook a delicious breakfast for all 9 of us to enjoy in our suite. The property location is perfect for sightseeing or just staying put and enjoying the grat beach in front or relaxing in your private pool. Taxis are readily available and cheap to get anywhere you want to go. Disregard all the reviews about loud music. Sure, you can hear it but it was not loud enough to be an inconvenience. We can’t wait to return and soak up some more of that wondeful mexican hospitality and sun! Thank you Vallarta Shores!

amazing hotel. extremely charming and large suite (actually full 1 bedroom apartment). property was very well maintained. pools were immaculate. staff was so friendly and so professional. so sad that we only has 1 night here. we can't wait until our next visit, so we can stay longer.

Hotel was beautiful and artistic however staff seemed annoyed all the time and treated us differently from the start because we were there at a discounted price from expedia. Construction is ongoing and loud next door and they used one of our closets as storage for dusty adult diapers, gloves bins and steel compartments!

Property was very well kept. Service was good. A little too gay friendly there for us though.

small & personal on the Ocean .The help is great .The construction noise Next door “ tractor / jack hammer was overbearing this is only the being of the new condos next door expect a year of this .When they quit there was a small dog the would bark randomly from 8:30 to 10 at night .

The hotel was nearly perfect. It lies on a secluded part of Vallarta's very busy beach, but is a short walk to all of the attractions in the Romantic zone. Would have liked the TV in the living room instead of the bedroom, but that was a minor thing.
