Great staff. Beautiful pool. Good bar/hangout area. Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable. My ONLY complaint was the carpet in my room was very dirty (and even sticky). Otherwise this place is fantastic.

I stayed for one night. I love the room. Also the reception guy was so nice and friendly. I didn’t catch his name. But I met him when I checked in at night and when I was checking out in the morning. I like his sense of humor. I booked the very standard room with king bed. I didn’t get any upgrade. However, the room is very nice and spacious. I would definitely come back.

The bed was comfortable and chairs made the stay better. Bathroom on the smaller side but no universal plug next to the bed which causes issues with charging overnight.

Beautiful and well maintained, large pool and comfortable seatings around the pool. Nice gym available. Restaurant on site but only ordered once so can not comment on it.

This is our repeat trip. We like the place and shopping, eating houses nearby and friendliness of staff.

The hotel may be 4 stars, but facilities, customer service, and accommodating attitude were completely like a 3 star hotel or lower. They made the room but didn't vaccum or refill any toiletteries. We came from a swim and only 2 people could shower, with the very little shampoo and shower gel we could pump out. We asked for that and bedroom slippers at least 6 times before only partial toiletteries were sent to us. We had to call several times to ask them to come vacuum the room. The breakfast spread is decent. But dinner spread was minimal. If you can dine only on salads and appetisers, you'll be good. There were no main course options. We were celebrating a birthday and were very disappointed with our 2 night stay.

The room is clean and the facility is good for sleeping. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that.
Staff is helpful and very friendly. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the sound from other rooms (slightly). Also room doors shutting was somewhat annoying.
In total it was a pleasant stay if you want to go around RAK and want a good sleep.

Pool area lovely, back way river walk to Manar Mall and even closer Al Naeem Mall, (late just move past gates) access at a small cost to the beach at the Hilton resort, Jebel Jais zipline is amazing, effort free and very safe, special thanks to Naeem for passionate customer service, the discount for extended stay and all staff that made it very enjoyable, coming back for sure.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Service in the breakfast was excellent. The evening happy hour was excellent and the bar staff were very polite and kind and caring with us and other customers.
The lobby staff was helpful with bags.

I have a family of 4. 2 adults and a teen and an 8 year old, it is very hard to find a hotel in the region that just has 2 queen beds, I was very happy to find a reasonable priced hotel that offered this arrangement. The front desk was very friendly.

The restaurant manager during breakfast ia very rude as they ask us to leave the restaurant while we are eating where about breakfast time is about to finish, the first breakfast day the indian manager asking us about the empty chair at our table of 6 in order to put other arab guest to have breakfast. At that time my wife and my other kids not yet come down for breakfast and i have to argue to him that my wife is coming down now. Then again he ask my wife to leave the restaurant coz time is about to finish. This is absolute rude 😡

The only flip side was that their housekeeping is non-existanal. No one’s answers housekeeping, no towels for many hours after checking in and calling every department eventually I had to walk-in to housekeeping area to get the basic towels and toiletries.

Especially in the rooms with connecting door you can hear everything from the neighbouring room, the reception kept that room empty after i told them the problem, but one night was quite noisy. weekends has many families with kids, room was very cold, everything else like Wifi, pool, breakfast was good
