Close to the Newark airport. Shuttle to airport a bonus and very prompt. Outlet mall with a large food court about 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Expedia's room description is different what the hotel offers. Fortunately the hotel staff helped to change the room, but only offered 2 free breakfasts, not for 4 of us which was also different with Expedia's description.

Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness throughout the hotel. Front desk underwhelming and not seem to be aware 4 people stay so at least 4 towels required.

It's an ok Courtyard but was disappointed by bathroom conditions (lack of maintenance).

Staff was amazing. Washers and dryers could not be used because they were out of order. Swimming pool used for storage. Panels on elevator were loose. Lobby area had stained and dirty seating. Air conditioner and heating system had filthy filters.

Booking through Hotels.com I will not do it again. I booked through you for one room with a King beed and the second room I booked was for two queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel I was told both rooms were for a King bed only and a pull out bed.
Thank goodness for the hotel Marriot Bonvoy accommodated us with two queen beds.

It was close to the mall and my home daughter really enjoyed the room. Easy to get door dash/uber eats… Bubble bath and candles watching my shows on my phone, without someone knocking to use the bathroom was so satisfying

The hotel was fine, I have stayed in much worse hotels. The rate was good, but I was made to pay for parking on the property. No warning when I was booking the hotel. I think it was unreasonable to pay for parking where you stay. The staff was ok, not the most curious.

I was doing computer work in my room and got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint. Yes I had the TV on level 8 out of 50. They said there was yelling. Hmmm I was traveling alone. It was not after quiet hours so people really need to get a grasp on things. I suggested I stay on the phone with the front desk and they send security up to verify the noise and where it was coming from. I travel to that area often for business. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
