The staff were so accommodating especially Felipe the front desk manager. The property is very nice.

Felt like a combination of an industrial area coupled with a cheesy strip.

Hotel is amazing. Nice fresh and modern design. It has outdoor pools downstairs and on 6 th floor rooftop bar, which become a super fancy place in the evening. Hotel has a spa with big choice of treatments to choose from. Area is very clean , stuff take good care of cleanliness. Friendly stuff with good care of guests. A bit too small space for a wardrobe but overall its amazing hotel.

Very well organised hotel, beautiful interior designs with so much seating everywhere. Some pool side staff were a little abrupt but on the whole all staff were very pleasant and efficient. When in the restaurants, drinks and food orders have to be taken by certain individuals and not just the waitering which is a little annoying when have to wait longer. The gym is very spacious but lacking in AC especially when all the cardio machines are in front of the large window with the sun shining through. Maybe fit reflective film on the outside to help keep the gym area cooler. The room we stayed in was very clean and modern with a large balcony compared to others higher up. I would definitely recommend booking a West facing sea view in block 2 as you will have great views of the sunset each night. All in all there was not too much disturbance from late night party goers so it was much calmer than some hotels i have stayed in previously in Ibiza. The area the hotel is situated in not that great, the beach is quite poorly maintained with lots of graffiti on old buildings. The view overlooking the pool area is not great with some building developments being abandoned and going to ruin. There is a water taxi to San Antonio Marina which is quite pleasant and only 5 euros each way.

Hotel was in good condition and clean , however reception service was hit and miss and you had to pay for parking €16.00 per day even as a guest which is unacceptable!!!

Just fabulous

Excellent hotel in a quieter area of Ibiza across the bay from San Antoni. Great pool area with 2 pools but also a rooftop pool and bar. Lovely sunsets from the rooftop bar, DJ playing music in the evenings. Staff are very well trained and helpful, very clean communal areas; great for couples or groups and as it is adults only, no noisy children. Not the peak school holiday time during our visit so not too busy and although there were groups of women or men on special occasion holidays, everyone was well behaved, no rowdiness.

The concierge Adrian was exceptional !! My daughter’s luggage never arrived at Ibiza airport and Adrian was very willing to help with calling Iberia airlines several times a day, every day for our entire stay. He should be commended for his commitment to outstanding service.

Beautiful hotel staff 5 star special mention to Ana Lewes on reception who was excellent and the maid who cleaned 2429 Mal I can’t remember her name exactly but she was so good. Lovely hotel

If you are looking an all adult child free relaxing holiday in Ibiza with easy access to music & entertainment then this is the hotel for you. The nicest, friendliest, cleanest hotel myself and hubby have ever stayed in. The breakfast options are amazing. Food a bit pricey as well as drink but plenty of bars & supermarkets in the surrounding area. Rooftop sunset views are breathtaking. Cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view and very helpful, and friendly staff

Wonderful hotel, gorgeous aesthetic. Pools set out nicely and nice service. The only drawback was the hotel appears to have a signature scent in reception that made a few of us in the group show signs of allergies- tearing eyes and red / itchy neck.

Very clean everywhere. Great bedroom and view. Daytime music great. Lots to choose from breakfast buffet all tastes catered for.

Hotel is spectacular. Rooftop dining, excellent views, very clean. We loved the place. Area around the hotel is not spectacular, but then the hotel is so great, you don’t need to walk around the area where it is located

Amazing place, people, service and food. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on 2 nights, fabulous and a sunset view. Cocktails and bar service was great as well. The sea in front of the hotel was great for a swim, although most people were pool bound. All in all I would recommend and go back in a heartbeat

Fantastic stay, we absolutely loved the hotel, the staff are all very attentive, hardworking and friendly. All staff went over and above to ensure we were well looked after, thank you to each of you. The hotel decor is beautiful, lots of seating areas and beds to relax on. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with everything so well thought out you don't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to. The poolside food choice and quality is great, the grab and go section is very convenient and the in room snack and drinks choice were very good. We think the hotel would benefit with some day/evening entertainment and a pool table/games area however this would not deter us from returning as we had an amazing time.
