Front desk staff not there when we arrived. We waited about 10 minutes or more for someone to help us. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off, the window was cracked, and we heard kids yelling all night.

This hotel is just not great. My room looked out on some sort of banged up part of the first floor roof. The carpet in my room did not seem clean. The high point was the service- the people at the front desk were very nice.

We booked a double bed and hotel didn’t had double beds at our arrival they overbooked and gave our room away we had to settle with a king bed.

We had asked for an early Check in due to our family reunion hotel said sure so we arrived at proximately 1 PM and were told that they only had one housekeeper for the entire hotel and a wedding party that needed to be taken care of didn’t offer us to hold our suitcases or anything. We had to go to the reunion with everything and when we got back to the hotel we still couldn’t get Checked in because the computer was down. We finally get our room and go to bed. We are woke up with ants in our room call down to be told the ONLY maintenance man was at another property and would be back in a few hours. WHAT? Are you serious? No room change no insect spray… NOTHING. Asked the front desk to refund in which we were told we would be hearing from management. 4 days later and we got no phone call. This is unacceptable.

I wanted to stay another night. The night manager was polite, but I had to pay a higher price or I had to contact Expedia to get the same price. I did not the capability to do that. I did not raise a fuss I just left feeling snubbed. I won't be back.
