This area is great when wanting to be close to Stockholm center but in a quiet area. Hotel is inside a mall so you also have options to buy anything you might have forgotten during your trip. The staff goes above and beyond with your questions and request. One of the best staff during my travels in Europe. Shout out to Beljana.

The transportation is very convenient, with subway and bus stops right outside. Inside the mall, shopping and convenience stores are easily accessible. The breakfast is also good, but staying for a few days can become monotonous as the breakfast is the same every day. Checking in is not convenient because you have to take a roundabout way when the mall is closed. The front desk service is quite average and somewhat unpleasant.

The only downside is trying to find the back entrance after 8.30 pm

Good value clean hotel but don't use the laundry service as it's extortionately expensive. My own fault really as I didn't quite twig how much the quoted prices were in pounds but to get 5 shirts and underpants and socks washed cost the same as staying another night!

They have excellent breakfast! Good location, public transportation close by. Only complaint is the shower is small and water doesn’t contain inside the shower

Build was on the older side, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Free buffet breakfast had lots of options and was very tasty. Hotel was a convenient location for concert at Friends Arena and the are felt safe to be walking in at night.

We stayed three nights but there was no cold water coming in the bathroom.Reason we could not take bath three days. We have reported to the front desk clerk Maya We should get some compensation or refund.

The rooms were very small (about 7m^2). There was a small window you could not open. On top there was no AC, resulting in extremely stuffy and moist air. Even the corridors had no AC or windows you could open, so you could not even air out the room through the corridor. The location of the hotel was confusing and unattractive. You could only access the entrance through a shopping mall. If you try to get back to the hotel after 8pm there is a "mall-cop" driving on a segway, who will force you to get out of the mall and use another way to the hotel which is not easy to find on your own. The hotel provides few parking spaces for guests, but those cost about 21€ per night and they could not even guarantee you a space, it was first come first served. The employee wanted us to pay upfront and if there were no free parking spaces we could not get the money back (eventhough this does not seem to be norm, another employee offered us to check the parking spaces first before paying). Definitley do not recommend this hotel. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

This hotel was a great location for event at Friends Arena. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Sara went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a special event. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of choices, friendly staff and large seating area. Proximity to Metro provided east access to Stockholm City center and Friends Arena. I would stay here again!

The hotel is within the shopping mall, so you have some food options. The station is only 5 minutes away so you can get into central Stockholm in about 10 minutes.

The hotel was very good. The only negative is the lack of catering for vegans

I was very impressed with Alex at Reception who was always pleasnt and helpful. Great transport links to the city. The room was cleaned to a high standard when we asked for cleaning.

What we liked, mall there to shop from and be cooled off in, what we did NOT like, hard to get to hotel, had to walk to mall and got to hotel and it was hot hot hot with no air conditioning! Additionally room lacked amenities such as refrigerator and no screens on windows (8th floor) so not a place to be if children, worn carpeting in halls, loud sounds noisy in rooms trying to sleep at night. If young and ok with loud noises hot room and lower price, this is for you. You can take a nearby train to get elsewhere. No parks or other sites of interest nearby. Restaurant choices in mall itself most outside of mall very limited hours. Have to walk down to get to breakfast and no other meals in hotel. Walk up long stairway to get to the "attached" dinner place but not really good there. Overall, would NOT recommend nor would we go back there. The one nice thing, we had a front desk clerk who was nice and helped us as much as she could. Also, you cannot come and go at all hours, its locked at 8:30pm. and you must go through a certain door with keycard and then come down long mall hallway to get to entrance of hotel, dragging suitcases to and from on way in or out. So, this is fine if you are 20 something, if much older, not so fine. Definitely a disappointment for a Radisson.

It's immaculate, clean, friendly, and superior breakfast buffet with too much food options to list, perfect! 5 star all the way. love it, congratulations to a hotel well run! i'll be back.

One of the reasons why I have chosen hotel was gym, but it is closed on renovation until 1st May 2023.

Old hotel which also shows in the rooms and hallways. Door bell to the parking garage did, so you had to leave the car outside and check in before parking the car. The overall appreance was not impressive

It is located right in the centre of Solna centrum. Though very small size room but very neat and clean. Moreover has an excellent breakfast

Maia checked me in when I arrived. She was wonderful. She also helped me with a travel issue with a flight I was about to take. She was very kind and very helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of a shopping centre abs hard to find. Especially at 11pm. The rooms are basic but it is very close to the train station. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly in the restaurant but check in took a long time.
