We had an amazing experience! The food was excellent and high quality and very clean and healthy. The pool is huge and we mostly had it to ourselves, not to mention the steam room and changing facilities were top notch. The room was spacious and comfortable and modern. Location was great- close to metro and easy to get around, but also removed from the chaos of super touristy areas. We enjoyed going to the rooftop bar of huge Banyan Tree next door and then walking back to our lovely quiet hotel. Also the cat who hangs outside the front entrance named Tiger was my fave part.

Rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. Nice bathroom and robes. Above and beyond this part, however, was the high level of service and friendly and professional staff. I also tried the Shambala restaurant for breakfast and dinner and can stay the quality of the food as well as the price point was excellent. I will definitely return in the future.

Had a two night stay, which I happily used the gym and pool facilities which were very good.
I was unlucky to not be able to have dinner in the well reviewed restaurant as it wasn’t open during my stay.

Have stayed at Como Metropolitan several times and impressed by the consistent attention to detail, quality food and superb service. The rooms and venue have a sophisticated simplicity and all the products (amenities, f&b, etc) are tasteful and superior than at other hotels in this range. Always can count on attentive, sincere service from staff throughout the property. This is truly a gem and enhances the BKK experience!

We were traveling to Bangkok with our ten-year-old and Como did not disappoint. Beyond wonderful attentive service, fabulous breakfast and overall lovely vibe from staff. Good value all round. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel the Como Metropolitan Bangkok is..
At check in, we were personally greeted and escorted to our room, shown how everything worked and had the opportunity to ask any questions about the hotel and the area.
The hotel is a short walk to Sala Daeng Rd with many excellent restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to Lumpini Park, and Silom Rd for the BTS and MRT.
Our City Room had a luxurious king size bed and had all of the amenities you could possibly need.
The breakfast is amazing, with cooked to order options plus an excellent buffet with high quality choices including fresh meats, cheeses, juices and pastries that change daily.
The pool area is lovely and well serviced by staff who refreshed our drinking water and ensured every need was met.
I’m very pleased to recommend this hotel.

Its truly a wellness spa hotel. I love the fact that they have the spa facilities. Will definitely come back! Although the location is not in the center - it’s still a place to be if you need a relaxing stay and away from the busy streets.

The staff! Reception and the men greeting you and assisting you with your luggage introduces you to an amazing experience of full hospitality. Whether it’s dinning, especially the kind- hearted staff at breakfast, housecleaning, of even passing a working employee in the hallway or elevator, “they acknowledge you” everytime! I always will always come back!

I cannot be more pleased with everything COMO has to offer. The last time I stayed at this property was pre-COVID and being back here after all those years reminded me of how wonderful it is … from its rooms, amenities, and delightful breakfast, etc but it is the genuineness of its staff that sets itself apart from the other hotels I’ve stayed at. Thank you COMO for another memorable stay.

Very nice hotel, the staff was exceptional. We arrived at 2 AM and received warmly. the rooms were nicely appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The Nahm restaurant was superior quality, and the room service was excellent, too. The hotel location is good. You can can most places on the cheap. Be ready to haggle. We would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely an amazing stay from start to finish at the Como Metropolitan!! Service is 10 star at the hotel! Food, pool, gym are all 10 star as well. This is not a new hotel in a very competitive hotel environment of Bangkok but it is definitely one of the nicest hotel stays that I have had in a long time. Kudos to the Metropolitan!! I had such a lovely stay on my birthday!!! Every employee at the hotel somehow knew it was my birthday and every employee at the hotel wished me Happy Birthday!! Thanks for such a great time in Bangkok!

Perfect in every way. Also a huge shout out to the kitchen staff who asked about dietary needs day one and remembered through the 4 days that I need to eat gluten free. I had fresh made gluten free bread as part of the excellent breakfast each day.

My go-to place when I visit Bangkok. Classy and not fussy with huge rooms and good amenities. It has a great gym and pool and the spa is also very nice. Worth checking out. Also within walking distance for shopping and public transport.
