Horrible! Terrible! As soon as we walked in, we felt how sticky the floor was. Within minutes, we killed two baby cockroaches and found two others that were already dead. We were there for less than an hour. The only reason we went past 10 minutes was that I was online working on booking another hotel in the area.
We left but they couldn't check us out till 7 in the morning. I contacted the main manager, Don, the next day and he said they knew about the cockroaches and that they have been dealing with it in other rooms in the past 4-5 days.
Since I booked non-refundable, they would not refund me, even though the circumstances of wanting to cancel was because of sanitary and health reasons. I wish they could let people know the condition of their property ahead of time.

The windows were dirty and could not see out of 1 of them, the bathroom mirror was dirty, no trash can in the bathroom TO wood on the dresser seemd to have been chewed on and beaten up bad condition

The area around the hotel was just fine. The hotel itself was not clean, the room was damaged in multiple places, all of the furniture is damaged. The fridge did not get cold. At least our room didn't have bed bugs because I checked! But the sheets were dirty and stained, one of the comforters was stained with paint even. Never would stay here again or recommend it!

Total disappointment, checked in , looked at the room and left, I rented a room in a Holiday inn 2 miles away.i haven travelling world wide for over 50 years, this is the biggest dump I have ever seen, I took pictures. I didn’t think Hotels.com could have such a low standard.

There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, water on the bathroom floor, shower was dirty, window sills dirty and loaded with dead bugs, curtains are heavily soiled, overall the facility was just very unclean.

Checked out in the first 15 minutes of arrival. Unsafe, shady characters around, it's a homeless transition hotel, dirty cigarette burned sheets, hair in bathroom and on pillow. The lady was very kind about a refund and immediate checkout.

rundown, bed too soft and poorly made, bedding insufficient, scary clientele, desk clerk did not know how many and what size beds were in which room...said she had not been in any of the rooms. Wyndham should remove their name and association from this hotel, it was by far the worst Wyndham property we have ever seen and we would not have stayed there were it not for the fact that our reservation was not refundable. We tried to find a positive to our stay but could not.

Room was not up to par. Outlet was hanging out of the wall with exposed wiring. Bathroom smelled of urine. Only had 2 towels, and the shower curtain doesn’t reach in bottom of the shower so water was getting out everywhere. Door handles lock mechanism was shotty, was nervous the door wouldn’t open. Stains on bed, and on furniture. Heavy levels of dust on head boards. Uneven paint. Outdoor pool was great, house keeping was great with providing more towels. Part of why I booked here was a provided breakfast, upon arrival learned that they no longer provide breakfast. Great location decent price.

This place is so old and dirty I paid for 2 nights and left after 1. The room smelled bad. The bed cover had burn marks. It looked like people actively live at this hotel. There was nothing good about it. This place should be removed from Expedia.

Great place to stay if you need somewhere to go it is not a five star please so don’t expect Five stars Very quiet I was out there for the women’s golf tournament when it was a great place to stay and they let me check in later because the tournament took later and I appreciate that. Thank you.

They are charging a very high deposit for smoke fee $100, they open the door for you at checkout and there are long hairs on the floor and in the bathroom
