Amazing and friendly staff at the hotel, restaurants, and spa. All in one, and you will never need to go anywhere else. So you can focus on visiting the historic temples.

super friendly staff, I really feel like home and for sure I will recommend this place. We had a direct access to pool ground floor room. It was excellent. one thing to take a note the shower area is relatively smaller. If big size person might be difficult to turn around freely in shower area. The mattress is not the simmons type which you will feel your partner's movement (most of hotel also like this).

This hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to a mall and many different restaurants and shops. It is also much closer to Angkor Wat than a lot of other similar quality hotels. The pool is great to swim laps and right out side the door for most rooms.

Great hotel in Siem Reap. Walkable to pub street etc. amazing staff very helpful and friendly. Good room with outside patio close to pool. Breakfast choice ok. Would recommend for a trip to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat.

Fabulous staff, friendly service, lovely hotel. Pool water was hot and not at all refreshing. Breakfast was a good variety of foods although not much in the way of Cambodian dishes . Room was spacious . Shower was angled into the corner and unable to adjust so ended up being jammed into the corner when showering. A strange arrangement of servicing the room twice a day.

What an amazing hotel experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size and very clean. Bed nice and comfortable. Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. In fact dinner at Kroya was one of the best meals we have experienced in years.

This was a 5 star experience from greeting and check in to our departure 3 days later. Just Wow! Would recommend and stay there again. We stayed four nights. First when we just arrived the staff makes you feel you arrived home with welcome drink and cold refreshing towels. We got rooms near the swimming pool with back door allowing you to go directly to the pool. The food was good with lot's of options the hotel arrange all your trips in Siem Reap and also activities like cooking class and tea cermony that occur in hotel. Bottom line the hotel is simply great and i will recomand anyone considering visit Siem Reap to invest more money per night and get a once in a lifetime experience

Wow! What a gem! It is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The service is extraordinary. We were treated like royalty! The wait staff couldn’t do enough to make us happy. The meals were outstanding. It’s hard to believe how much Shinta Mani offers, for such reasonable rates.

I stayed three nights March 2023. The staff was exceptional, room was clean and spacious, delicious breakfast with great service. I also liked the Made in Cambodia market across the street. Highly recommend Shinta Mani. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful pool area. The rooms are a little uninspired and dated. We had no hot water one morning for showers. Staff trying hard but don’t seem yet to have a grasp of their property ( didn’t know how to use the air conditioner). Breakfast ok -

The villas are stunning and the butler service is outstanding . The staff is so kind and friendly. Great location to visit all the temples and hotel is walking distance to several good restaurants and night market.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and lovely, Jack received us and checked us in. The room was lovely with a balcony facing the lap pool. There are two lovely pools, a lap pool and a bigger pool on the opposite side. The dining area is pleasant with a great selection of dishes. Breakfast was simple with a combination of Cambodian, French and American breakfast.

From what I could see, the hotel looked beautiful and the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Fortunately for us, we were upgraded to the Shinta Mani - Bensley Collection private villas just across the street. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We had a private pool with rooftop area and outside bathtub. This hotel is pure luxury. We had a personal butler/concierge, whose name is Long, and his service was impeccable. If I am ever in Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Its worth every penny. We were so grateful to have been given the opportunity to stay there. I highly recommend this hotel.
