Overall good stay. However there was a fraternity convention staying there and on last night we were woken up to people banging on a door in the hallway.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Clean and close to great restaurants

Our stay was outstanding. Cleaning services was amazing. Great stay for our first time at this Marriot hotel in downtown Louisville

The stay was average. I found the room to be average, the view was decent. I did find the hotel itself to be rather warm, and the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work properly. I did not mention it to anyone as it was just an overnight stay, had my stay been longer I would have brought it to someone's attention. I also found the $40 for self parking to be a bit pricey.

Everything was beautiful! The bad part was when I asked to check in early they said my room wasn't ready. This was fine but they told me I could go ahead and check in to a room with 2 queens. That was ok with me but what I didn't realize is they charged me for the room that wasn't ready AND the room they gave me. If I realized I was going to get double charged, I would have just waited on my room or slept in my car.

This is a great Marriott with clean and updated facilities. The restaurant is a nice bonus. The hotel is very busy though which made it quite noisy.

Great easy stay!

Parking garage was always full so don’t pre-pay for parking in case you cannot park there. Hyatt garage is attached and much cheaper.

would have given a 5 except for the price for parking. this may be the prevailing price in the area but that doesn't make it reasonable. this is something that should be disclosed before reservation is made.

We came to stay for the weekend to attend a concert and also because it was my husband’s 70th birthday, our arrival was nothing short of wonderful, the check in was so easy, from the vallet to the wonderful bellhop that helped us to our room, we could not have been more pleased! Rooms were immaculate, I would recommend a stay here to all my friends and family.

It was nice the booking wasn’t in their computer so I had to wait for my room unfortunately, during my stay the place smelt like smoke supposed to be non smoking but I loved the view

Not good value for the money. You spend the money for the room but still pay $40 for parking, nearly $20 for high speed internet unless you’re a member, no breakfast included. The pool is kind of small for this size hotel and there’s a sign (presumably for liability) saying max occupancy is 5 swimmers. If you need to go to the convention center, the skywalk is nice to have but once you check out the key card won’t let you back into the hotel if you want a streamlined way of getting back to an elevator that takes you to the parking garage, so you have to go back outside and walk around. Employees will look you dead in the eye and not let you in even though you have a key card in your hand. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a stain on the wall that could’ve been wiped off. There were black hairs at the bottom of the toilet and in the shower. I got bumped up in status due to having a Marriott card which promises late checkout but they told me 1pm was pushing it due to needing to get a turnover. The housekeeping staff wasn’t aware of this and attempted to clean prior to our checkout. It took 2 attempts to get my mobile keycard activated, including an extra trip downstairs. I wouldn’t stay again.

The Hotel is Central Located. Overpriced Extra charge of 9.99 for wifi a 40 dollar charge for parking Overpriced Breakfast. One Morning no Hot water, no reimbursement not even a sorry.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The girls that work at the bar were especially sweet. The restaurant- The Porch- had great food! Everything is very clean! We enjoyed our stay!
