The air conditioner does not work in the front lobby. They charged $10 for a hot breakfast. That is OK I would’ve went out to eat for cheaper. The rooms are nice if you can get one at the TV works

Hotel was under staffed! From the lobby, elevators, and pool area. Nothing looked to be cleaned recently. Had to ask twice for turndown service and fresh towels. We stayed with my son and his wife and shared a suite as we were just using it for sleeping. No linens for the pull out couch, I booked as 4 adults in a room and there was only 2 towels. No hand towels, wraps, or floor towels, nothing! The suites are also not separated with a door to the king bed room. I’ve never stayed in a suite that didn’t separate the bedroom from living/office area. Both elevators were having mechanical issues! The lobby store had nothing in stock and there were no vending machines on site. I would say the breakfast was horrible as well. But we wouldn’t know because they had no cook for the PAID FOR IN ADVANCE BREAKFAST and we were told we could walk across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn to eat! After asking a second time for turndown service and clean linens. We were informed housekeeping must have missed the 3rd floor as others had complained as well. How does housekeeping skip an entire floor! Even after asking the second time and asking for 6 towels instead of 2 in our room we were only given 3! I also still had to request cleaning and extra pillows as we only had 4 between the 2 beds and pull out. And every knows how flat and small hotel pillows are. Very disappointed. I wish I had taken photos, but we were on a mini vacation as my son was leaving for basic training come Monday.

When it is advertised that breakfast is provided until 10:00 then the staff should cook more if there is no food. My husband went to breakfast at 7:30 and was told that no more food would be cooked. By the time I got down with four kids at 9:00 the only thing available was toast, cereal, and bagels. We don’t eat bread due to allergies. We were told that they were out of food. This was the only complaint.

Checked in around 4:30 in the afternoon. Asked about the breakfast hours. I believe she said 6:00-10:00. Went down around 9:00. There was no food. They were out of everything except bagels, no cream cheese, and cereal and boiled eggs. This has never happened before at any hotel I’ve stayed at. There was a Walmart and Target close by. Why would you not look and say oh my I better make a grocery run. Absolutely unacceptable.

The front desk person was very rude at check in and next morning as well! We paid for breakfast and they had no breakfast whatsoever! Requested a refund, said they we had to get it from Expedia. Advertised drinks and bar in the evening, no drinks or bar...only bartender was on vacation. Will not stay there again!

It was convenient to the wedding venue I had to attend. The maid service never came and cleaned in the two days we were there. I had to go and get fresh towels from the front desk myself. No hot breakfast as advertised and why I paid extra for it on Sunday!!
Carpet in the hall was coming up in the bathroom in my room had patchwork that was coming apart.
The biggest problem was I paid through Expedia for a two queen bed room and got a one bed king for me and my adult son to share. The rude girl at the front desk said it’s Expedia’s fault because they booked a single king bed. She said that’s what happen when you book through a third party like Expedia and I would have to take the issue up with them. She said they had no other rooms available and good luck finding one because all the hotels were filled up due to the high school softball championship tournament that weekend!!
I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN AFTER THIS SINCE THEY WERE NO HELP TO ME WHEN I CONTACTED THEM!!!!

Pretty and clean. When I did my search on Hotels.com to find a hotel, the two requirements I put in were a pool and a restaurant/bar. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until May. There should’ve been some kind of information indicating that there was no pool this time of year, the restaurant/bar Was shorthanded so it was not open. Disappointing.

Was a tough stay… I travel a lot and unfortunately I will not be booking here again. Shower was Luke warm with no pressure, bathroom in lobby had stalls out of order for two days, they ran out of towels on first day and had none to replenish on second day even, pre purchased hot breakfast and kitchen was closed. They did offer cont breakfast(rough… real rough)…and finally, staff just really struggled.. I know good help is hard to find, but Hilton historically has performed much better.

The two trash cans at the entrance were overflowing with trash, with some on the ground outside when we arrived on Thursday. The trash can in the lobby was also overflowing with trash upon arrival. They were never emptied and just got worse for our three night stay when we left on Sunday morning.
Outside the room two doors down from ours, there was a large pile of used towels that stayed there for the final two days of our stay.
The hot water ran out on two days of our stay. I overheard some other guests with the same issue.
No room service was provided for our three night stay.
I am not sure why pets are now allowed to be brought in here, but this is unsanitary. There were two groups of people staying with very large (40-50lb) dogs. One couple had three of them, the other had two. If this is your policy now, you should provide a separate private entrance to keep them out of the lobby/restaurant/bar area.
I understand service animals, but that is not the case here.
I have been staying at this location two times a year for about 6 years after moving from Embassy Suites during the remodel.

The damn toilet stopped up during the night when my wife needed it. I called the front desk and the best they had to offer was to bring toilet plunger up to the room for US to use. We just packed up, checked out and drove home at about 1:00 am. We will certainly never go back !!!!!

The room we checked into was dirty. They quickly gave us another room and even brought key to us.
However at 6 am a girl began to band on door next to ya screaming profanities. It took an hour to get the staff to eventually call police. I called front desk several times. I informed clerk I should be refunded for room.

We checked in very late. 3:00am. I called ahead and everything was taken care of. I had two rooms and after getting there, I realized I booked a king when I needed a double. The staff was so very helpful in getting a roll away bed. She was perfect and made it all go smooth.
