Accommodations are very comfortable, food is delicious, staff are friendly and extremely helpful, beach is clean and tidy, last but not least the weather is amazing. We loved every second of our stay.

Excellent place to spend a relaxing tine with family. They had some great activities for kids that was very engaging and attractive. Very nice rooms, stylish and well equipped, staff are helpful and polite. Location is 5 minutes walk from downtown El Gouna to do any shopping. The buffet restaurant is big but might benefit from some re-arrangement of it's layout. Overall great place to stay and spend a relaxing vacation

A charming hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent food and drinks, beautiful beach, a variety of swimming pools, very child friendly, lively animation team and good location. What more can one want?

Amazing hotel everything was perfect

Comfort rooms were modern, clean and well appointed. Food quality was very good. Grounds, beach, pools and all communal areas were well maintained. Overall a relaxed, chilled and very polite resort which we enjoyed on our 2nd visit. We will be back and thank-you to each and every member of the Rihana team

Staffs throughout the Resort are wonderful, I ought to mention many staff names in Restaurant area with friendly attitude ready to help, Mr. Nashaat, Mr. Amr, Chef Mohamed and many others for dedicated work, Very clean food hall with many choice of meals. The beach is very clean with all facilities, being short walking distance from our rooms. Very nice animation team and attractive enjoyable shows every night. All on all I highly recommend The Rihana Resort when visiting Elgona.

Good vacation in a good hotel.

We did not expect the hotel to be this big, it was so nice and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and always at hand. The food was amazing! Honestly we could not fault the hotel, everything was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stay at the Rihana as always. Have stayed many times previously so knew what to expect. Food hall and peanuts bar have had a revamp which has improved the hotel even more. Hotel looking immaculate, rooms cleaned daily. Staff are incredible, a few miserable chefs on dinner unhappy to serve you a spoon of vegetables. But bar staff and waiters are all friendly and work hard. Special thanks to Osman in food hall who was excellent, he attended us on breakfast lunch and dinner for a week. Everybody there do an excellent job its just he was always waiting on our part of the restaurant. Amd the Chef on breakfast egg duty (sorry didnt catch his name) always remembered me and had my eggs/omelette ready before i even asked for it. Only disappointment was the restaurant we ate in. We were given a free meal Voucher to eat at the A La Carte Restaurant, we asked in the restaurant what we could order from the menu with the voucher and was told anything. So we ordered from the menu, on check out we had a bill to our room for the meal and was forced to pay it. Despite having the voucher, and the waiter telling us we could order anything. Food was a little disappointing in the restaurant which also didn't make us feel any better. But it is what it is. The food in the main all inclusive restaurant was perfect every night!!

Not a plug socket in the room was fixed correctly and 80% just didn’t work the fridge plug was burned out and while I am trying to save washing with towels and room cleans every morning asked for room clean.

This property is really nice for family vacations. What I didn't appreciate is that the open buffet wasn't the best.

It was an amazing time and we were very pleased to have a good time the staff were great and helpful specialy m.r Nashaat at restaurant and m.r Nasser at tha reception and Ahmed at room service i want to thank all of the stuff for this amazing time we went there 3 times and we will always go there again and again

The hotel is very nice, has heated pools and water park as well as lagoon with few water activities. 4 minutes walk to the downtown with several dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we were 3 families together, asked for late check out and the hotel staff accommodated our request. I will definitely return again

The place is so calm and quite. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All inclusive is highly recommended in case you missed any meal there’s a backup. Our rooms were lake view and the scenery was outstanding!
