Room is clean and big for the 4 of us but air conditioning is not strong enough. And the lift is slow.

Delightful stay and would definitely return. The service was fantastic from all staff members. Delicious breakfast, comfortable pool and room. Really nice stay and much appreciated.

Location is convenient, there are ample massage stores around & the side exit leads to Pratunam area, within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall.
Ample Food around.
Rooms are rather large with ample space & a table provided if you wish to do work or eat in.
There is a fridge & Microwave in room as well

The location was great very convenient easy access to mall. The hotel room was very spacious and is clean with amenities. The only thing to improve is the toilet a bit too small, the gap of the shower door is not tight, and water leak out when you shower and making the floor wet. But overall is good, this is my 4th time staying in this hotel. Recommended!

Good service of staff member. But the room starts to smell bad after raining, and the dryer stops working every 5secs and turns back on 5 min later. The morning buffet is low quality.

The service at the hotel was up to par, the room was good and spacious and the hotel is in a good location. The breakfast however was a dissapointment where everything was empty and it took a long to be refilled. Breakfast is open to 10.30 and everything was empty at 9. Q

Been staying here for multiple times since 2014, great location, but is a older hotel which had seen improvements over the years, but could somemore, like perhaps a faster, or more lift.
Cleanliness is decent, but could be improved, like for example soiled sheets on the first day, and some mould on the toilet ceiling. Minor issues only.

As what many has mentioned…the lift here is one of the worst…you can spend 10-15mins waiting for the lift. Disappointing.

Room renovated with good condition. Renovation still on going. Life service is nightmare. Contractors were using the same lift. Waited very long.

Location, location, location! If you love shopping, this hotel has excellent location within 5 minutes walking distance to clothing markets, and across Platinum Fashion Mall. Lots of food options surrounding the hotel area. Clean, spacious and affordable. Highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is nice, good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, close to multiple malls. However the hotel is on a crowded alleyway and gets very noisy at night. There’s also lots of renovation happening, making the area pretty noisy and chaotic at times.

We booked a room for 4, however basic amenities has only 2 sets. Not a big issue, we have to get housekeeping to top up etc.

The staffs very nice and helpful, but the towels found more dirty marks.

We stayed on level 20, our bath area was always flooded. The toilet is extremely tiny, completely different from the photos. The towels were stained, and floor mat even had blood stain. Luckily I brought extra disposable towels for my toddler so it wasn’t so gross.
Other than these, their staff are really friendly and helpful. They’re also very swift in bringing the missing toiletries to us upon request. Bedrooms are huge. Breakfast was decent, and the street has all the massage shops theatre very cheap. Away from the crowd yet not too far from where we want to be. Will still come back as I reckon these issues would be fixed, and the other two rooms that my family booked had decent sized toilets without any flooding.
