It was good. Upon checking in the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The room was comfortable but the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark especially by the sink.

Room was clean and the staff was wonderful. Internet kept going in and out and was extremely slow. There is no place to put your clothes (no drawer space). The safe didn’t work. No shelves/counter space in the bathroom. Beds were extremely small. Strong odor of mildew in the room.
Nice staff and clean. Overall, I’d never stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. The surrounding area is kind of trashy, but since it's not in Tumon Bay, most areas are like that.
The room was modern...had USB charging, a wonderful bathroom, and the room was nice. The space where the couch and table were was a plain gray room. No decorations and the only one outlet. Little things, but I would stay there again. Also, you don't earn Wyndham rewards if you book through Expedia. I stayed 20 days and didn't earn any points. Just FYI.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, as promised on the orbitz site. Front desk says it has not existed for over a year.
Toilet would not flush.
Hotel was filled with loud parties. Moved rooms twice and gave up.
No wake up call. Reservation for morning taxi was not made. Pass on this until they get a new manager.

I've been here a couple times. The rooms got renovated and they look very nice. The staff were very friendly as usual when I checked in. The only I had was I tried calling the front desk to book a taxi for the airport, but my calls were not being received. I tried calling for a couple hours but nothing..This is the first time this has happened in all my stays so I'm not sure if the phones were down or not.

The Hotel needs some upgrade and the AC was not working well so as the mirror lighting. Bright colors and some space for the room would be nice . The mini fridge is very old made such loud noises.

The place was clean. We got a double room. One bed was a hospital bed that didn't lay completely flat. The water was a little warm, but not hot. The beds were clean but not the softest. It's ok. We just needed a clean place to rest before continuing our travels. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We appreciate them:)

For some reason there was a dog in the room next to mine and it barked the entire three days I stayed here.
Also, I paid for a queen sized bed and got twin beds instead. According to the front desk, they were fully booked and not able to honor my reservations.

It’s nothing fancy but it’s comfortable and dependable. I like the 3rd floor rooms they are a bit more of an upgrade. Have access to Netflix which is a plus now that we are expecting a typhoon. Bed mattress is weird on the thin side, Wi-Fi drops video calls too frequently, and Front Desk has answered two of my four calls(??) in the past two days but overall the place is my new go-to when passing through Guam. Too bad no restaurant but it’s near by enough to the mall to get to on foot.

No bar, no restaurant, no airport shuttle. I chose this hotel because the online description lead me to believe it had all three…NOT! Room was clean, a/c worked and was quiet, staff was great.
