The room we stayed in was honesty immaculate. The location is super convenient, it was quiet. It had a lot of amenities. Everything was seemless and fast from checking in and out, getting towels, accessing the pools and the play areas, etc. We could even see the walt disney world fireworks from our window. Cannot suggest this place enough, it was our second time

This is our favorite Orlando property. We have been going there since it opened like 20 years ago. We have stayed in every type of room from a 1 bedroom to a 4 bedroom presidential. The place is great. Pools, the rooms and the people make it great. We have been there at least 20 times from 2 nights to 7 nights. Best place in the Disney area.

Our suite, although a little dated, was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pools and boardwalk. The resort could use another restaurant.

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with many amenities. We had a two bedroom suite with full kitchen. Would highly recommend. We were minutes from the Disney parks only 1 toll from the airport. Negatives include overcrowded parking. I also didn’t appreciate the rude time share staff who basically tossed our wristbands at me when I told her we were not interested in a presentation.

Beautiful kid friendly resort set around a pond. We were in tower 2. Renovations did not bother us and its only business hours. We said no to timeshare and they were respected our no. We were sent a lovely notion for our anniversary and it was very kind of our check in worker. The rooms are nice but some are showing a bit of age. We had a one bedroom deluxe. It was very busy on mothers day. The restaurants were very good from what we tried.

The resort was an A experience. Hans and Erma at the front desk were amazingly helpful, patient, and empathetic.
Expedia on the other hand was poor in their handling of my lost reservation. Because of them, my checkin took over an hour. Ultimately they had to recreate my reservation since Expedia lost it. Since it took so long, I lost the only free time in my schedule that day. When I asked the virtual assistance “person” how Expedia planned to make this right, I had no response. Thanks Expedia for taking zero responsibility!!

Just what we needed for a 4 day stay at Disney!

Check in was great. They were super helpful, until you have to get your bracelets. The lady who we got was pushing us to do a meeting for a timeshare. After the 3rd time of me telling her know, she got extremely rude and threw our bracelets on the counter. I know it’s their job to set appointments, but it was over the top. The room was nice and spacious. We had a 3 bedroom/2 bath. The toilet in the master bathroom kept running, so we had to keep fixing that, but other than that the room was great.

The property was clean and everything was close by. Seating for the pools is a little tight and it was difficult to find chairs together for a party of 5 sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this resort many of times and always enjoy my stay! The only con I really have is that I wish instead of two double beds, it was two queens. It is very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on together. Oh and the parking is horrible, good luck finding a spot anywhere near your tower if you come in at night! Other than that, we had a great time!

Wasn't bad but the way they try to sell you time shares was just ridiculous. Bordering on harassment. The room was spacious but smelled like smoke with a parking lot view. The downside to this place is no Disney perks at all and you have to pay for their bus transportation to the parks..
