The hotel staff were really nice. The room was nice except some cleanliness issues. Fridge was dirty and had hair in it, even in freezer. Shower was large but the safety bar in it was broken and rusted off of the wall. The trim was gone in a couple of places in the room. But it was a good visit.

I rarely leave bad reviews. The buffet was good, the area was nice and the coffee bars were well stocked. As for the bad: The kitchen was significantly under stocked (I.e. 3 plates, 2 forks and 1 pot). Except for the bathroom and kitchen sink, nothing was clean. Everything was sticky or dusty. The sheets had not been cleaned. They had hair and grease stains on them. Our toilet made a horrible ear-piercing noise for 10-60 minutes after ever flush. We were told that maintenance was coming the next day but that didn’t happen. It finally resolved on its own the second day.

The room was dusty. Dust is growing out of the vents and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. Room was not properly cleaned in months. Pull out bed is very old the cloth on the chair is peeling and it was dirty. The television and remotes did not work. Front desk had to be called for assistance. Worse experience ever in a Homewood Suites.

The stay was fine, there was an odd smell in the room. Everything seemed clean but it was more out dated than i expected. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. I wasnt pleased with the drinking that was happening at the pool, so we weren't able to take our kiddo out to swim.

Our suite had a half shower curtain on a full bath tub. Every shower resulted in pool of water on the floor. Also, the pullout sofa was an ancient spring bed that was very uncomfortable to sleep on in addition to being very filthy with stains. They need to change that sofa bed.

Furniture was stained with unknown bodily fluids. We reserved a 3 room suite and they didnt have that room available. The young lady working the cou ter was very sweet and tried to make it right.

I was a little disappointed the pool was closed and seem to be green in color so it hadn’t been maintained well. I’m guessing. Also the condition around the hotel, what I was used to with a Hilton grass and weeds, grown up stuff, not mowed trash in the parking lot. I will say, though that the little bit of interaction I had with the staff was great and they were very helpful.

I drove 3 hours for a bday trip for my daughter. I drove up and it wasn’t your typical Hilton property. The lawn wasn’t mowed and there was no water in the pool. It looked trashy. Was told that they had to shut the pool down over the weekend because there had been 100 people in it. Still gave it a chance and went to our room. I opened the door and the couch was all sunken in and the cushions were lower than the frame. There were cigarette holes all on the couch and huge brownish stains everywhere on the couch and in the floor. My family and I turned around and left. The staff downstairs were very understanding after I showed them pictures. That was disgusting and was nothing like what the hotel was described as. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The only real down note I have for this property is that I was in a room with a king bed and the sheets didn't fit it. I woke in the morning with the bottom sheet wrapped around my arm and a leg.
Also the back door was always open in spite of signage saying it was locked and you needed your key to get in.

We stayed seven (7) nights. Not once did they clean the room, empty the trash, bring fresh towels. Housekeeping never knocked on the door. The first room we checked into was infested with ants. We were told it would be sprayed the next day. When we returned from a long day out it had not been sprayed. We were forced to move from that room to another with no assistance from staff. When teady yo leave i asked about a business center to get boarding passes. No center, no computers. The desk clerk offered her laptop. But i could not access Americsn Airlines from that either.

The good: Staff tried to help the best they could.
The Bad: When we went to check in we had to wait over 30 minutes due to them only having 3 housekeeping staff and we were told every room was rented out the night before. We went from having a room on first floor to third floor.
No AC in halls. Pool not working even though it was supposed to be working. Drained and pump broke.
Pull out bed had no bedding. The main bed had a "blanket" but we thought is was a bed protector so we requested another blanket and got another "bed protector". Apparently this extremely flimsy fabric was the blanket. Only one extra pillow when we asked for two.

The location canceled my booking and didn’t notify me. And they didn’t have any rooms left. So I was left trying to find a room for the night at midnight. And the night desk clerk Freddie wasn’t helpful at all.
He told me I will have to contact Hotels.com to get a refund. I asked him to send a message or contact Hotels.com that they canceled the room and he said he couldn’t do that.

This is definitely not a typical Hilton property. It was clean but not Hilton clean. The sleeper sofa was horrible! It was tilted backwards and had stains all over it. The toilet ran constantly. If you left the room be prepared to stay out a while because every single time we would have to go to the front and get our cards reset. We went 3 times the first morning to get it reset, it never worked so a hotel employee went back to our room and manually let us in. That employee even told us that they hated when the hotel rented out this room because it was a disaster and there’s a “short” in the lock. They only rent it out as a last resort. So maybe the other rooms are better. The only good thing about this place is the employees…they were very polite.

It has my name on it and it said it can’t cross reference my name on the reservation list so they shipped it back.

The hotel is older and is noy in great shape. The rooms were dusty (clumps of dust on the walls, on the floor, under the furniture). The bathtub wouldnt drain, which means its full of hair.
Several times throughout the night the fire alarm went off waking us up.
The only positive were the staff was friendly and tried to help but there was jist too much wrong. I would not stay here.

The kitchen lady is AMAZING. Kind, and hardworking. Breakfast had so many options and the hotel was clean and quiet, despite having 2 big teams having to bunk there for events. Very impressed.

This has become my wife and I's 'go to' hotel for a get away. The rooms are amazing and for the price? You will not find a better deal in town, especially if you are looking for a suite. The breakfast is a game changer, simply amazing. The staff is professional and nice. The room (suites) are top of the line and the best value for your money in the area. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My wife and I will continue to return.

No key to room doing stay. had to have front desk person to let us in the room each time we exit room. The sofa was stain and the mattress that was in the couch was stain and no condition for anyone to sleep on.

Overall, it was fine and very spacious. The room was basically clean, but the mirror and bathroom counter were smeared like wiped with a rag that wasn't clean that left residue. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people, so if you want to wrap your hair in one and yourself in another, you are out of luck. Shower spray and water pressure were great. But the shower only had a tiny ledge for soap, so your shampoo, razor, or whatever else you need has to sit on the floor. Would be nice to have a seat or something to set things on. It would likely be a challenge for anyone older that might have balance issues.
The bed was comfortable, but had only a sheet and a very odd cover that looked like maybe it was a mattress pad? It only fit the dimensions of the top of the bed, did not extend down the sides. So, once in bed with 2 people, you don't have much for covers!
Breakfast was limited and pretty bad. No fruit, the eggs were inedible.
The staff was very nice and parking easy. It was quiet.

I was a little disappointed that we found food in our microwave and a fork by the sink. We also had no towels in our room upon checking in. Also was disappointed in the breakfast server. We were hurrying out of town and arrived at breakfast one minute before the “open breakfast”time and he was snappy with my kids……that it would open at 7:00. Yet he still didn’t have the breakfast out and ready to go at 7. Therefore we were not able to use the complementary breakfast.
