The guy at the front desk was rude and told me they had no rooms available despite me paying online prior to going there

Owner demanded cash deposit even though I registered through expedia upon arrival.

The property was conveniently located but was a bit run down. There was rust in the tub, the sink stopper was missing, the coffee maker wouldn’t work, the faucet had minimal water pressure and the door keys worked intermittently.

I let the front office know about bed bugs and the manager try to convince me that it wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The property is kind of run down but the room itself was clean and the property is very well-lit with lots of cameras, so it felt safe.

Parking was horrible nothing was close to my room but a lot of handicapped spaces. I have knee issues but not a handicap sticker or anything I just think its an overkill on amount of handicap spaces

This hotel was very clean. Not the greatest beds comfort-wise, but not bad either. They advertise the largest pool in Port Arthur, which is hilarious because its tiny. The room itself as well as the accommodations were very clean. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Standard fare you would find anywhere.

Extremely pleased! The room was very clean and the kitchenette was more than sufficient. This is somewhere you could stay for an extended time and be really comfortable.
