First 2 nights were terrible as the guests beside us had their tv on at full blast and were also talking so loudly it's audible through the thin walls, till 1am. Room tpilet had a stench which you csn smell once you enter the bathroom. We are hotels.com Gold members but werent given the upgrade and the 50myr voucher, which we've never managed to use previously but it is indicative that the staff of this hotel do not dispense the VIP benefits as adveertised. Overall quite an unpleasant stay compared to our previous stays here.

Furnishings a bit dated, could do with some renovations. Room size is good.
Most power points does not fit the adapters, only 1 or 2 workable which is very annoying.
First part of my booking(20/9-28/9/24) had a room where the cupboard is difficult to slide open cos the rollers are not working n didn’t want to change the room for us. Shouldn’t use black cups cos can’t see whether it’s clean or not. No fresh milk supplied, only powdered creamer

In one of the big shopping mall with coach terminal. Place is very convenient. Plenty of restaurants, good food and shopping choices.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Helpful and efficient staff. Good gym, tennis courts, and sauna. Nice pool. Great rooms and excellent restaurants. Good bed and room service was great as well. Breakfast is very good too. Huge shopping centre connected to the hotel.

One World is great because it is relatively new and the room is clean and all amenities are in good working condition. The huge shopping mall connected to it is filled with lots of shopping, dining and service choices. It will remain my choice of accommodation when I am in this part of KL.

It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but on several occasions, a neighbouring room occupant was smoking and the smoke permeated throughout the corridor and into my room. It was disgusting

I am a regular at this hotel and have always enjoyed staying here. This trip they have kindly upgraded my room as part of my vip benefits, which was great! However, they will need to step up on maintaining cleanliness of the room. This morning when I woke up, I found a dead cockroach along the walkway towards the room door to exit. I almost freaked out but luckily it is dead. There was also a stench in the common corridor for days as I walked from lift to my room on 23rd floor. It was like stale food smell. Can improve on the cleanliness of the common corridor.
Secondly, i was happy that the hotel provides free laundry of 3 pieces which I did utilize this trip. But when I came home, I then realised the blouse that’s sent for laundry, there were 2 holes right upfront on the blouse that looked like staple marks. My blouse was only worn once, sadly. the hotel should train the staff not to staple our clothes cos some materials can be damaged easily.
Generally, I still love to stay here due to good service and convenience, but I do think it is time the hotel renovate and refurbish the rooms and parts of hotel as the wear and tear is becoming quite obvious in the different areas of the hotel.

The hotel is satisfactory. First time i was told we cannot be upgraded because we booking is standard rooms type. Cannot have high floor, cannot have connecting rooms as their construction is such that the connecting room is with a suite type. If you do not mind all these, then the stay is fine. We must say, the buffet spread is fantastic. This hotel is well connected to 1 Utama Mall which is a huge mall with great spread of retail shops. During our short stay of 4 days could not finish browsing all the shops. It is a shoppers paradise.
