I was disappointed in my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. Upon arrival to our suite, we were met with stains on the sofa, a gooey sticky substance on the nightstand, a partially applied vent cover for the HVAC system missing several screws (which caused the door to rattle loudly), and all furniture seemed very worn. Before unpacking, we called the front desk and they willingly moved us two floors down (from room 408-208). Once we entered this suite, there was a sofa with the same colored stains in similar areas, there was a stench in the bathroom that smelled like sewage, and a dirty chair. At this point we decided to just suck it up and get through the weekend. We attended this trip with several other friends and wanted to remain in the same hotel together. One set of friends arrived late the first night and had complaints about their room at breakfast the next morning. We asked the room number, and they told us room 408. The room we moved out of in the first place. So, they willingly placed someone into a room with know concerns without addressing the issues first. Very disappointing experience for a Hilton hotel.

It was just a stop through stay on the way home. The hotel seemed nice. Room was comfortable and clean however the pool was not. I understand lots of people are in the pool through out the day i just feel they should keep an eye out on cleanliness throughout the day. Over all a pleasant stay.

I liked our experience at your location. I didnt realize we had to pay for breakfast until we had our food and we left our wallets upstairs. That was very awkward as you could imagine. Maybe put the sign at the beginning of the breakfast line. Also the freezer needed to be thawed in room 417. I'd definitely stay there again so no worries. Staff was awesome throughout our stay.

No one cleaned our room and I no one brought us washcloth and towel after we called downstairs. The young lady that checked us out was very nice and tried to help. I wish we were there our whole visit.

I was going to take a shower in the morning and I noticed there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they told me they have called the technician to fix but have not received a response. They did not fix it until I left. I will never stay in this hotel anymore.

This entire hotel is gross. Sheets dirty, carpet dirty, curtains old and yellow. It needs a remodel asap. For the price I spent, this was unacceptable. Disgusting and disgraceful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice. My only caution is, the breakfast is just silly. They expect $15 for a "buffet" that would be skimpy for the free breakfast at most places. But if you plan to eat breakfast somewhere else, it's fine.

The bed was too firm and not comfortable. The standard pillow cases were scratchy. There was only one decaf coffee pod. The bathroom was very clean!

I stay with Hampton Inn and Suites regularly for the nice rooms and facilities at reasonable rates. This trip was great, except for my check-in and check out. I came in at 2:45 and asked if they were checking in guests yet. The employee at the desk said they would check in all guests at 3pm and not before since they were full. I sat on the couch. A line formed and I joined the line. This seemed counterproductive to have guests standing around but I understood the reasoning. When it was my turn to check in, the employees at the desk started discussing a guest who had just checked in. The person checking me in walked away to look for them and then came back and started talking to her coworker about the room I chose not being ready. Her coworker then helped her check me in to another room which was fine. After I got checked in, I received a phone call from someone asking my name. I asked who this was and they explained they were from the front desk. We talked and whatever the issue was, it was resolved. The following day one of the employees was at the desk. There was a man at the desk for several minutes. I wanted to ensure my points were registered and ask for change of a twenty dollar bill for a tip. The process was taking a long time and seemed chaotic. I finally just left my keys on the desk and left. This was just very unusual for customer service. Chaotic and not friendly.

Please avoid this hotel at all cost in my opinion. I am a Hilton member and after this stay I am rethinking my membership.

I have to re-think my membership with Hilton. Please avoid this location unless you have no other recourse. Paying for parking was crazy, the nasty attitudes of a couple of staff members was a turn off. The rooms were dated and not that clean … I may stick to Airbnbs going forward.

Upon entering the hotel looks good & updated. I hate that I can’t say the same for the rooms. First room they gave me had blood stains on the blanket. They didn’t even try to put it where it can’t be seen. Right on the top by the pillow, blood stains. Immediately went downstairs & was given a different room but by then my trust was broken. The only reason I was able to stay at the hotel is because I had microban & sprayed the entire room down. This hotel is old & outdated. The back of the lamp was dusty as if they didn’t think anyone would notice that they didn’t clean behind it. The blanket on the bed was super thin. Carpet is yuk! I will not stay nor recommend this hotel. I’m a bit of a snob about the conditions I sleep in & unfortunately this place did not meet my standards.
I will say the front desk guy was great! He immediately called house keeping about the stains & gave me a different room. Much appreciated

I've stayed here many times and normally don't have an issue. The front desk representative was helpful. The room was clean but dated. The worst part about the stay was how loud and dirty the air unit was. It kept me up all night and had a weird smell. I hope they renovate soon. Change the AC units to something eco friendly and quiet.

Stay didn’t start off too good. Immediately after check-in w/in 10-15 mins, I had someone try to enter my room w/out my knowlegde, while in the restroom. This really had me shaken, so I went back dwnstairs to lobby front desk & made rep aware, however she said she had no knowledge of maintenance or anythg. But shortly after my return to the room, maintenance did knock & say they had a request from front desk at that moment however, it wasn’t them prior to me alerting front desk of someone previously trying to enter room, like a forced entry. Had I not locked & secured steel square across the door, this colud have been worse, in my opinion & didn’t make me feel safe, since mantenance said it was’t them !!

I've stayed at this location for many years. They have always offered continental breakfast and free parking, but no more. The site mentions nothing of having to pay $15 per person for breakfast or a daily parking fee. Rates are high enough, so these should still be free. Read carefully when booking directly on their site. Carpet under the bed had NOT been cleaned since whenever, and also had a bad smell. I will NO LONGER book at Hilton Garden Inn, regardless of the location.

Well the hotel was ok for starters. The walls weee super thin. I can hear people having a conversation. There was rust on the shower head and it was loose. On top of that Simone knocks on the door the next morning saying they need do drill a hole on the wall while me and my man are in the bed. That could’ve waited until check out. Just so ghetto and unprofessional. I was shocked. Also you shouldn’t have to bed for room service. It’s common sense that people are going to use towels and washcloths. That should be a given. Never again.
