Hotel was fairly clean, overall; considering how huge it is. Staff was amazing. Everybody we spoke to was super kind and professional. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. We would definitely stay there again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were attending an event at the Alamodome so location was great. Felt very safe. However, many amenities that you’d expect from a room at this price point were missing. We had only one washcloth, there was no bottled water, the creamer was powdered not liquid, the room was tiny, and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Very disappointed as Hyatt Regency is usually good quality.

First timer. Brought my mom for her birthday and we loved it. The pool on tth floor was awesome. The atmosphere in lobby was fun. Bar Rojo was very cool on Saturday night. They had a trio band singing and playing great music. Even performed one of my favorites by Sade, Smooth Operator. Very relaxing. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

The 5th floor Terrence/pool was awesome place to hang out. The pool “looked” dirty and cloudy but could have been the lights shining through at night time. We didn’t get it. The major thing I was not impressed with was the AC! It was so hot in our room the 1st night. I did get a fan immediately and a maintenance engineer to look at. I just thought for the price of the room for each night this would be something that wouldn’t be an issue. Aside from that everything was decent. Oh and last thing- the salsa at Bar Rojo was AP delicious!! My family talked about for days. We need the recipe!!

My first time staying at this beautiful hotel. Loved the luxury and quality of the room. All of the staff we met were so pleasant and helpful. Underground parking made it a convenient location to not have to worry about finding a parking place around the River Walk, and the hotel is close enough to walk to the Alamodome for a concert. What a great weekend!

Extremely convenient to the Alamodome and nice & quiet. I’ve stayed here twice after concerts and it’s great to walk over to the Alamodome, walk back to this hotel, and then go to sleep without any street noise.

The rooms were very basic and the restroom did not have a vent which is really bad. Also, the bathroom sink drain was not working so water kept puddling up while washing hands or brushing teeth. Never again !

Hotel was nice and staff friendly. I had issues entering and leaving parking due to issues they were having with card readers at the gate. Main issue was i found beds sheets were dirty. Seems like both beds were not cleaned, and fresh clean sheets replaced and were redressed with clean sheets after previous tenets. It was first time staying here and i had high expectations of this hotel especially about the most important thing to me, room cleanliness.

The stay in the hotel was great! Its close proximity to the Riverwalk and the Convention Center was great! Only two minor issues. The a/c vent faces the wall and not the bed which was weird. Also, the TV wasn’t working. Kept on saying there was no signal. This wasn’t a huge issue because I wasn’t there to watch TV. The breakfast was great as well! Also, one of the detergent vending machines ate my quarters but the lady at the front desk gave me a box to make up for the one I didn’t get. The pool was great, the hours were nice. It’s always nice to go swimming at 6am. The gym was nice and large. The price of the valet parking was a bit much.
