The staff was nice and the room itself looked nice and clean. They seemed to have a major leak within the hotel and I’m not sure if that had something to do with the smell. The room smelled sour which was leading me to believe that there could have been some mold or mildew.

The room looks cool in the pictures but has an awkward layout. There is no closet or chest of drawers. They could have put one where the useless TV stand is. The (movable?) wardrobe is by the bottom right corner of the bed partially blocking the bathroom door making a very cramped space. The window curtains don't block all of the outside light leaving a strip of light exactly where your head hits the pillow. The toilet and shower are separate rooms with sliding doors with translucent glass If someone turns on the bathroom light at night, light floods over the bed. Finally. the (toilet) bathroom door lock didn't work.

The hotel needs major improvement. The floor shakes when you walk, the toilet in 1 of our 2 rooms would randomly flush. The pool had little rocks on the floor, bathroom wall paper was coming off and random stains on walls and ceiling.

Wonderful room , great mattress, Breakfast was pretty good.. only one worker and he was never stopping to keep things filled up.

Room was clean and staff was very nice, No complaints.

Pool was not working when we got there, it got fixed the second day of our stay, it was a bit noisy since there was some type of party/ event going on at the dinning lobby, other than that place was great!! A lot of room

Super comfortable bed! Liked shower and sink area separate from the commode and another sink. Very helpful front desk personnel. Also the free shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay there again!!

Only issue was the airport shuttle is a generic service that covers parking and multiple hotels. So I spent 25 minutes on a shuttle to a hotel 6 minutes away because of all the other stops. Also told to wait at wrong exit from baggage claim ( should be outside door 4 - they do not pick up from hotel waiting outside door 5) and missed the first available shuttle.

No restaurant. However the property made their van service to tke us to and from a nearby restaurant. The breakfast options were limited.

Breakfast was delicious as hotel breakfast goes. The noise from the planes stops at a reasonable time so the proximity to the airport is worth it

Clean, spacious, breakfast was good, friendly staff and appreciated the airport shuttle.

In the first room we were in there was toilet paper over the smoke detector which is not safe, the people on 3rd shift did not remove it. We asked to switch rooms and they put us in a room that was 10 times worse. The second room have finger prints down the whole mirror there was a huge coffee stain on the floor along with 2 other unknown stains. The couch had stains all over it. All in all would not recommend anyone to stay here it is just dirty and unsafe.

The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel room needed some deep cleaning (bathroom, baseboards).

Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean but really worn. Toilet leaked a bit and the inner door was missing a handle. My stay was too short to complain about these minor issues.

It was fine. It is close to many things.

There were small ants on the bathroom floor

No soap in lobby bathrooms. No hand sanitizer in lobby bathrooms. Ants in the bathroom in our room.

Property seems a bit ran down needs update. Ice machines not working. Host extremely polite and courteous.

Hilton cancelled our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and didn’t reschedule us at the same rate so unfortunately we had to stay here. We never got use of the already disappointingly small 3 ft pool once in the 2 days we were there mostly because a whole group of roudy teenagers were for hrs days in a row and the front desk refused to do anything about it. The couch/ottoman was so dirty in room 201 that we didn’t want to touch them they look like they have dust with white moldy splotches how fabric looks in an unregulated humid room. The door to the bathroom gets caught up on the floor and is loud and when closed from inside you can tell the maid never swept or vacuumed there next to the toilet. The toilet was awkwardly small and short I’m not tall and I felt like I was going to fall in on top of being grossed out that the seat had a divided mid section like a public toilet. The shower door barely closed wasn’t installed properly and the placement of the grab bar was inconvenient to say the least for disabled needs. The planes were less noisy taking off comparatively to whomever was stomping and running above us all night into 7pm-2am into morning. Found dark black short hair on the extra pillow makes you wonder if it was ever washed. Walked by room after checkout and noticed the maid sitting in the office chair at the desk just on her phone not cleaning. Really horrified to realize there is a bad review for same room well over a year ago so never addressed issues.

The outside looks nice and the location is nice and close to the airport but the rooms need a little TLC. Room cleanliness on arrival was mediocre. Marks all over glass and mirrors, window was stuck and could barely open and close, bathroom handles bent and falling off, the box spring was off the wall and the bed wasn’t on it properly. The rooms are very noisy and you can hear your neighbours any time they speak. I was on the main floor and anytime someone showered, it sounded like there was heavy rainfall in my room.
