You see check-in, and wonderful help when I could not turn the heat on.

Tv was broken, bath tub didn’t drain. Was on first floor so lounge area was loud until after 11 pm. Front desk staff was very nice.

Everything was good but I was told they were going to charge me $50 of cleaning fee and it was going to be returned but they charge me twice..

Nice location near airport. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

It was a good stay. There were local restaurants in walking distance. There was not a pool. This was disappointing, it was summer and very hot! Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was eggs and sausage. No bacon, I don’t eat sausage of any kind. But there were other options as well. We caught the bus to target. It was fun.

This was a quick overnight before a flight. The hotel was everything I needed very convenient.

The first room I was offered, on the ground floor next to a supply room smelled of strong cleaning products. I asked to be moved and with very little effort I was moved to the 4th floor to a renovated room that was lovely. Why she could not be bothered to do this in the first place, I don’t know.
