We stay at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport everytime we fly in to see our son who lives nearby. It is a great hotel, but the best part about the hotel is its convenience to the airport. We literally walk around the corner, and we're at the airport. This was especially great for our most recent trip when our flight left at 6:10 am. We love this hotel!

They charged my credit card even tho I was prepaid through Expedia. Not sure why they did that. They refunded me the money once I called and alerted them

Our first stay at thos hotel was fantastic. We slept well in a quiet room and in the morning, went downstairs and got on the airplane without much fuss. This stay, our hvac in room was incredibly noisy... on and off all night... loud. It kept waking us up. Downstairs, where the airport attaches to the hotel is now the TSA Precheck and Clear ID line. You have to squeeze you way through oncoming traffic to go check your bags in with your airline - ours was at the opposite end of the building. Then having TSA precheck, we had to walk back to the hotel end of the airport. This is NOT the hotel's fault, but it minimizes the convenience factor.

Hotel was a walk to the airport. Staff at time of my checking in was warm and welcoming.

An excellent place to stay if you need to catch a plane early the next day. Staff is accommodating it's a very clean well-kept facility. Checking in and out was quick can efficient.

Everything was great. The only disappointment was the Cloud Nine Lounge. Service was great, but I ordered Lobster Roll (it was excellent) for $26 and my wife ordered the Lobster Spaghetti for $35 and there was VERY little lobster meat. For $5 more we could have had 2 orders of lobster roll AND split a crab cake. Mentioned to waitress, apologies, no more.

I spent $400 for one night and the television was not connected to cable. The cable box was left out as if someone stopped working on it. I came in at 1am and too late to call for help.
