Amazing hotel Close to everything Outstanding service, very nice kind and friendly

This property has done some updates to common areas but rooms are very dated, there are many options in the area with more modern updated rooms and facilities.

Very convenient, just one station far from the airport metro, excellent location, and nice room; people in there are friendly, reception offers cold drink during check-in, and room staff send cookies around evening,room clean and big, just 3 mins far from BTS station, very comfortable, excellent hotel, we certainly want to go back again.

The room was fantastic and clean and big. my son loved it. the breakfast spread is simple and good. the service of the staffs were great. I like it.

When we arrived at 1am the extra bed for our son was not ready!!

Small luxurious Hotel with outstanding staffs. We stayed for 7 nights and it was wonderful. Tuk tuk service provided by the hotel was fun and convenient for us to go shop. Friendly service by staffs was great help. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

Love this hotel coz of convenient. Near to BTS. Clean environment and very friendly staffs. But do hope they can upgrade on the breakfast menu. Overall everythings are perfect.

One small critique was that 24 hr room service advertised but not available. The whole point of choosing this hotel was the advertised 24 hr room service!

The room was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was near everything I needed. Staff was amazing. Will definitely come back again

I loved the fact that the property had a one way shuttle (tuk tuk) service to the following nearby malls (MBK, Siam Paragon, Central World, and Platinum Fashion Mall). The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and the food was delicious. I definitely looked forward to breakfast every day. The staff in the morning for breakfast were so polite and nice. The staff made my morning start off great. They had Thai options for food and American type of food also such as, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and the yogurt with fruit in it was so delicious. The different juices were a great too. The hotel staff in general were all very nice and polite and were very helpful when it came to ordering food or getting shuttle service. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room is so spacious and huge. The house keepers were very fast and efficient and any time we left the hotel the room was clean when we came back. We also had gotten a chocolate chip cookie any time the room was cleaned and our waters were always stocked. The hotel is definitely in a good area as we were able to walk around and find different food options and also massage places. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one staying in Bangkok.

On arrival we were told that the hotel was almost full and therefore we had been upgraded to a suite. The suite was huge with a dining area a large L shaped sofa in the lounge area, separate bedroom with large bathroom with walk in shower, bath and separate wc. Cannot fault this hotel, service and breakfast was superb.

Complimentary canapes & drinks @ Piano Club after a smooth check in. Shrimp on toast & salmon parcels were fresh and tasty, and replenished frequently. Cut cakes were not too sweet. Room was spacious but the big windows were visibly stained, what a shame that they're too dirty for sunrise pics from within. Overall lighting in room was too dim. Shower cubicle did not leak but very bad & not comfy at all. Water pressure was super weak and the worst part was the very inconsistent water temperature--one moment normal temp then suddenly turned scorching , then icy the next. Shampoo Body lotion bottles were not refilled, and only three tissues left in the box. Towels weren't white & fluffy, furniture rather old cos we could easily spot paint touch-ups in many areas e.g. wooden racks & shelves esp inside wardrobe. A/C was noisy & too cold and we had to switch it off in the bedroom to just rely on the a/c from the living room. Coffee capsules tea sachets provided. They have a small pool and a gym and pool bar service was pleasant. Front desk staff amiable , obliging , courteous and communicate well in English. Hotel is within walking distance to Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, the BTS and many massage parlours in the area. It does not smell fresh, clean and nice outside the main entrance waiting for GRAB or just taking a brief stroll--smells musty, stale and an unpleasant stench. Perhaps it is the nearby sewage or their own refuse collecting problem. It is in a safe neighbourhood.

I am very happy with the kind and honest Staff. When I checked out of the room, I forgot my expensive Apple Watch. When I called later, they already safely stored it away, ready for picking it up later. In many other Hotels, this watch would have "disappeared". Everything else was also up to my expecatation.

Suite is spacious and service from the concierge, reception, and restaurant is excellent.

I liked the pleasant staff, the pool and the overall lobby ambiance.

They were responsive and understanding to help in solving challenging customer’s issue. I really appreciate their excellency in customer service. Thank you

the hotel room was clean and comfortable the staff were very friendly. breakfast buffet was great with a large variety of dishes… gym was clean and la vie caffee has the best coffee and bakery.

Hotel staff, LO is so helpful, knowing that we would like to go out for massage, he helped us to make several calls to make reservations. Breakfast buffet is good too, with many varieties.

I was here in 2019 and was thrilled to be back . I enjoy everything about this hotel but the staff make it amazing, with their warm and professional attitude- they are extremely accommodating and go out of their way to make your stay memorable…

Pros: Our stay came with breakfast buffet. I loved the food variety and quality. Food variety is so-so with ~2 Asian Cuisine. The service staff was friendly. Great service at the restaurant! I dropped my bag while struggling with my toddler, and the waiter automatically brought a stool for my bag. There is a massage area that is really affordable with great massage just opposite. You will need to walk a few mins to the overhead bridge to cross the road though. Cons: The room does not have blackout curtains. My toddler wakes up earlier than usual due to the light. Air conditioning in the room is cool enough, however, the aircon in the restaurant and the lobby is quite warm =|

Wonderful Hotel, Awesome Staff everyone is so helpful, kind and professional. Breakfast bar is a magnificent. Cleanliness, maintained exceedingly well,, TOP notch Hotel... I will be back and Highly recommend.
