Great staff

I caught three cockroaches around one centimeter in the bathroom.

Everything was great except that I never got housekeeping service even though we were there for 3 nights, we had a king bed but not a king comforter, the deadbolt on our door did not work correctly, no A/C in the lobby - temp read 81, and there was a dead mouse in the lobby next to my table (at least it was dead …). Other than that the lobby is large with lots of places to sit and hang out. Outdoor patio area with fire pit is also large and a good place to hang out. The bar was an added bonus and staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice with friendly staff.

When I made the reservation on Expedia it showed breakfast was available at no charge. However, when I checked in I was told breakfast was available for a surcharge. We didn't eat breakfast.

The room wasn’t ready at check in. We had to wait for a call from the hotel to return to check in. We had to find something to do instead of checking in. We asked for adjoining rooms and we didn’t get them even though I was told I would. The ice machines didn’t work. The pool had paint chips in the bottom of it and it cut one Of the patrons foot and she bled in the pool and we had to leave the pool. The hot tub didn’t get hot. The elevator was slow and jerky and made noises. I paid 400 bucks for a bad experience

I phoned the hotel and checked with the staff before we stayed there concerning whether or not fragrance is used in the rooms. I was told that no fragrance was used to clean or deodorize the rooms. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby was filled with fragrance, and so was our room. After one night there, and feeling very ill, we had to find another hotel. People with certain conditions, like asthma and eczema, often cannot be around fragrance, especially high levels of fragrance like the amount of fragrance in your hotel. Hotels are going to have to change the way they do things to accommodate those with sensitivities. It's a huge problem and it affects a lot of people. Under the Americans with disabilities act, I am asking you to stop using cleaning products with fragrance, to stop using cleaning products with strong smelling chemicals, and to stop using air fresheners so that people can breathe clean air and not have to suffer the health effects due to being exposed to these irritants. I should also mention that upon entering our hotel room, the toilet seat had urine all over it. Luckily for us the staff was very helpful and did not charge us for the remainder our stay. Expedia was absolutely no help in this situation and we will not use them again. We also will no longer be staying in Marriott Courtyard hotels because of the fragrance issue.

It was great for the money. Breakfast was a little pricey and the drinks were ridiculously expensive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. LOVED the fruit-infused water and the warm raspberry cookies at night. I only wish that the hot tub wasn't out of order

Met our needs completely

Nice place , carpet could be cleaned. Pool and spa was closed and paying for breakfast wasn’t great but it was a nice place to stay for a few nights.

Hotel was nice overall. Our room had some apparent water damage by the window. There is not a complimentary breakfast.

We stayed in the Paris room, it was precious!! Only downfall was thr cleaniness of thr bathroom, tje shower curtain needed to be changed and the tub jets were dirty.

Rooms were very outdated, probably will look for some place different for our next OKC visit.

I got a room for disability because it was the only one available, the room is spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like in the room is that there is no single mirror in the room and you have to go to the bathroom to use the mirror. Also lights in the bathroom are very low and dim.

I thought this was a great hotel to stay at. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The red head lady was so helpful in making sure we had a great evening at their hotel.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. For road travelers, it's located just across a quiet street from a row of restaurants, so you don't have to get back in your car to get dinner, for example. One thing: at checkin we were informed that there would be a $5 fee for parking. We didn't argue at all, but I was left feeling "are you kidding?". Based on the price of the room $5 is nothing. The other odd thing was that no info about our vehicle was requested. This is a small thing, but also a poor choice on the part of the hotel, in our opinion.

Well lit. Well landscaped. Could use a few more handicap parking spaces near the door.
