Location, it was dirty. Nothing like the pictures they show. We had 2 rooms and both of them were bad. Non smoking but one smelt like a smoking room. The other one just had a funny bad smell to it. Would not recommend it.

Dirty and everything in my room was broken- toilet, hair dryer and multiple lights were burned out. Awful!!!

Close to freeway and shopping.

Room poor condition, furniture fair, loud. Lobby closed to customers. Stated breakfast included, there was no hot breakfast, just some quick oatmeal or package donuts.

Very dirty and smelly. Blankets had cigarette holes on them. Room lamp and phone did not work.

The pictures on the website aren't anything close to "bldg 2" that I stayed in. I chose this place for the door to the outside, this bldg did not provide that. The curtain was like a sheet, so very bright with outside light at night, and early with the sun. Cleanliness was lacking. There was something splattered all over the tv and the fridge. I found a glove and cap to hairspray on the floor by the bed. Not sure the sheets were clean, thank goodness I brought my own.

this was a bad choice. this hotel is ghetto. room was disgusting. thank god i wass able to get a refund. i stayed 20mins in that horrible room and said nope cant do it. i tried i really did but no. its sketchy asf. 1 way in 1 way out motel. probably in my top 5 worst hotels ive ever step foot in.

Not one thing. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.

We had to be moved to a different room twice due to a broken toilet in first room. Refrigerator in the second room was pulled out in the middle of the room with wet towels sticking out and the floor was wet. Next move was to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. By this time we were exhausted and told there was no other rooms available, so we suffered through and stayed. However, I was verbally assaulted and scared for my life when the day clerk became enraged.., got in my face screaming at me, telling me to get off the f$”ing property and saying I was trespassing. He then proceeded to physically take my room key. I wouldn’t allow it as my things were still in the room. My sister and I were so terrified that we ran to the room, gathered our things and left as quickly as we could. We’re both elderly and can’t believe an employee would treat anyone that way. All of this because I complained about the so-called breakfast. As you can imagine, we’re seeking legal advice at this point. If the cameras were working .., it’s all on film. My sister also recorded the incident and I plan to post in on social media. The irate man refused to give information to my son regarding contact information for management!! I liked the location of the property.

I did not like the smell of the property. you could tell it had a leak. the walls were patched up and painted over. I had to ask for a new comforter because the one that was on the bed had cigarette holds in it. the beds were supposed to be queen size beds but they were standard.
