Girl on duty was new and not sufficiently trained to be released to check travelers in. Had zero clue. Took 55 minutes to finally get to a room after having to have manager come up to hotel to check me in. Used booking.com in order to make it easier on new employee, but she still couldn’t check me in. Rate was higher than hotel rate. Since after midnight, couldn’t check in with booking.com reservation, since checkin was after 4 pm. Charged by hotel and booking .com was not refundable.

The pool was closed. Would like a night refunded. It was over 100 degree would have liked to have a pool as advertised.

Breakfast and attitude of day workers. Night time operators not so much. Coffee was delicious.

pool was not working, people on the 3rd floor were loud most of the night, the smell was bad, beds uncomfortable, front desk was not friendly at all, had zero bottle water to purchase

The location was perfect. 3 miles from the wedding we attended at Southwind Hills.

There was a little mold on the tiles around the shower; nothing that spraying Tilex wouldn't take care of. Breakfast ran out of hot food a little early. We were charged more on our credit card than the printed bill states.

said there was a pool but it had been out of use for months. no spa as stated, bedroom was in desperate need of redecoration, same with en-suite, told no house cleaning during multi day stay, no chip & pin payment facility. breakfast choice was very poor with paper plates, plastic cutlery and coffee from a jug. I was shocked at the poor condition and quality of this Marriott brand hotel. At over $400 for 3 nights I expect better. I will think twice before considering Marriott again.
