Staff very friendly but my room was very dated and too warm for a good nights sleep.. food was good and location excellent.

Was originally put in a room with one bed. Reservation was for a double/triple as it was me and my adult son. First room was very nice and a nice bathroom. Second room was drab, NOTHING like the pictures online. Bathroom can only be described as sad, drab, tired. Door was a little busted up. Towels were thin and grey.

The hotel was fine but North Central Dublin around Connell is very hectic and a little dodgey. Desk staff was great: Sophia, Liam, Ashley and Dysir. On a return trip, I'd choose a different area even though it was centrally located perhaps too much so.

TV only had limited channels and the guide didn’t work. WiFi was useless. Room was smaller than expected. Great location though. Very noisy, the woman in the next room seemed to be enjoying herself though

No Parking on site. Have to go around the block. Very inconvenient. Very small room, Bad and hard pillows and bed. I reserved with 6 months in advance and requested a nice view what I got instead was a view to the dumpster

It was very good worth the price.

Stayed one night before traveling to Galway. Bus service was nearby making it very convenient. Shower could have been better cleaned and television did not work. They offered to change our room but we chose to stay put for the one night

Very nice hotel situated in a great location, just off of the Square. Exceptionally friendly staff and pleasant, comfortable rooms.

Staff were wonderful! The bar/restaurant was lovely. The room had a comfortable bed but only one outlet. Very basic. I left my purse and it was safely saved at the reception desk for me.

The hotel is super conveniently located, but we were under the impression there would be laundry machines available when we booked. It was just a laundry service which didn't work for us. Not awful, just be prepared!

Location of the property is great. Breakfast was good. The noise from our room was horrible from morning to night. You can hear rooms above & below as well as doors slamming. It makes sleeping very difficult & staff had no solutions

The staff was super. They went over and above to help the customer. The food for breakfast was great. The location to city center was excellent.

Great place middle of town. Would stay again. Only issue no onsight parking. Parking was $24 Euro. Hotel pd half so 12 Euro.

Very friendly staff, close to train station, arrived early, staff took our luggage to room while we explored Galway. Great accomodations.

Great location for access to train and bus station. Right on Eyre square which has lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location. Literally across the street from the train station and loads of great places to eat. Wonderful staff.

Noisy at night

The hotel rooms are very dirty and run down. It was very musty in the hotel (prob from lack of AC), the showers are dirty and filled with mold, the sink was broken and cracked, the headboard was also ripped apart, the tv did not work, there was no mirror over the only plug in the hotel room… also no plugs in the bathroom. The housekeepers did not clean our rooms at all, pretty sure they didn’t even change the sheets but would just make the bed. Would never visit again and was very expensive for the quality of the room.

Good place to stay - easy walking distance in the middle of town. Nice, small bedroom.

The hotel staff (front desk, bar, and cleaning) were all very helpful and enjoyable to work with. The attached bar was a real find serving excellent food and of course drinks. The only thing to slightly complain about was the single rather slow lift. But nothing wrong with the stairs!

Excellent staff I needed a single page document printed and scanned and they took care of it immediately. Great location, clean and comfortable with great interior/bar area and excellent breakfast. A great place to stay.
